Kaity F. did our showing and made the application and move-in process so easy. She quickly answers all my texts and questions and has been so welcoming. We are impressed with the cleanliness of the whole complex, and especially how fresh and like-new our apartment was when we moved in. On the first day I was there, I noticed that our fridge wasn't working right - within the hour, Keith was there to fix the fridge. He was so kind and respectful and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. The hallway, stairs, and elevators are also clean and welcoming - Monica does an excellent job of keeping these shared spaces fresh and clean. We couldn't be happier with our choice to make Shiloh Commons our home.

Clean building, fantastic property management (above par, top notch!) and the maintenance guys have been absolutely SUPERB! The only reason I am leaving is because I am purchasing a new home and moving down the road. My 6 years in my darling little apartment has been such a blessing. Great neighbors too. 5 thumbs up!
