They are also some of the nicest people to deal with no matter the question or issue. We have lived here for a while now and been through many management companies and this is by far the best group of the bunch.

From day one, the staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful in getting me settled into my new apartment. They made the entire move-in process easy and stress-free. One thing that has really stood out is how quickly they respond to maintenance requests. Any issue I’ve had has been taken care of promptly and professionally, which shows they genuinely care about their residents. Moving here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The community is well-managed, and it’s been a wonderful place to call home. I’m very happy living here and definitely plan on staying for a long time. If you’re looking for an apartment with excellent management and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend King West One Apartments!

The grounds are well maintained. Repairs to roofs and siding were done in timely manner after winter storms. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Highly recommend the complex.

One day Bill was working in the garage and Taylor walked by and help him move somethings that was heavy. The Staff in the office are always when we have questions so polite and caring it makes us feel that we are not just tenets but a lot like family. We are very happy and considerate this our home. Thank you for always making us feel special 💕
