My husband and I really enjoyed our rental experience at InterUrban 2.0. We lived there for 2 years and did not renew for a 3rd year due to needing more space. The leasing office and management were always friendly and helpful. Management was easy to work with and on site often if needed to go in to talk to them. When we first signed our lease they were going to charge us $100 more than discussed due to the location of the unit. They were easy to work with and got us into another unit that didn’t have the extra fee. The two bedroom apartment we rented was very nice, had nice appliances, beautiful bathrooms, and a washer and dryer in the unit. They aren’t “sound proof” but for the most part we didn’t hear our upstairs neighbor often. The loudest noise came from the outside door that our bedroom was next to and other renters would slam the door a lot. We had some issues with people coming through that door late at night and being super loud in the hallway, but it wasn’t an every night occurrence so we didn’t complain. The grounds were always well maintained and the pool and hot tub for the most part were clean. The gym and club house were always cleaned and I saw the cleaning ladies in there often. Our dog got attacked by two other dogs that ran out of their unit and the property management was very professional, expressed concerned and handle the situation appropriately. The two years we rented from them they offered free Christmas trees and thanksgiving Turkeys. They were always on top of sending our letters to notify us when they would be doing unit inspections and testing the fire alarms. During our move out process they were kind enough to schedule the carpet cleaners at no extra cost for doing so and did not rob us of our deposit like a lot of property managers do. I definitely would consider renting through them again.
We moved in a few months ago, and our experience has been wonderful so far. Dawn, our leasing agent, was amazing, kind, patient, and truly helpful throughout the entire process. She showed us multiple units and made sure we found the perfect fit. I even let my kids help choose the building and floor, which made the experience extra special for them. She also helped us move in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated.
My kids love stopping by the office to say hi and even bring little goodies, it really feels like a welcoming community here. Maintenance has been fantastic as well. They quickly located my lost key within a day after it fell off my keychain, which was such a relief.
Everyone here is kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Requests are handled quickly, and communication has been great. We’re very happy to be here and look forward to staying for many years to come.

Janie, Sara, and Dawn were very helpful in helping me move in right away! They bent over backwards to help me get out of a hotel and into an apartment. They have been very accommodating and kind!

Love how they have so many different amenities and take care of everything around the complex.
Recently moved in and not only is the apartment absolutely gorgeous but the staff was absolutely amazing Dawn and Sarah were a huge part in getting us moved in and helping us out an I just wanted to say how thankful I am for them 🙏🏽🙏🏽
