- BMBrittany MejiaAug 9, 20261.0I bought a home built by clayton from Chad mills in Pontotoc and it is absolutely trash!! So very cheaply made. The wood under my kitchen sink is busted, the wood under the guest bathroom sink is busted. The trim is like paper and is constantly coming off. I bought my home with the lifetime warranty and they absolutely will not send someone to fix it. I have been waiting since October of last year and it will also only be one year since I've bought my home. Do not get a clayton built home and do not buy from chad mills or fall for that lifetime warranty crap.. its all a scam because they absolutely will no send anyone to fix it and the company they have to do the fixing is complete trash as well
