- NTnita tomasAug 27, 20261.0DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I REPEAT 🔁 DO NOT STAY HERE… reasons… WiFi stay down… they charge you for EVERYTHING!!! I moved out in May they billed me twice for a light bill. Remember I moved out.. when I paid that I guess they figured ok we got a fool… they went in and said they did a “full inspection” 🧐 they billed me for the “Mold” around the shower/tub/ wall.. How can I remove mold going through the wall?? Next they found a pin 📌 hole blew it up and said I damaged the “WALLS “ I never put one picture/poster on their walls but I’m getting billed for it.. by the way, the wall damage is in the closet… and let me tell you this on.. they sent me a picture saying damage to the door… yall I wish I could show yall the picture of the door.. you know where the door closes, the paint inside the door frame yall peeled off and they are charging me for that… STAY AWAY.. I got pictures if yall want to see you about to be bamboozled just like me…
- DKDominic KuykendollAug 19, 20265.0This place is a gift sent from God himself. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to stay at a place with such luxuries and comfort. I would also like to give much appreciation to one of the fantastic staff members here at Philo, Mrs. Jaletha, she really does have a heart of gold and went above and beyond to provide my roommate and I with a better experience of off campus student living. I love everything about this place and would recommend it for more people to come.
