  I’ve had such a great experience living at Midtown Apartments! Stormi, our property manager, has always been so kind, helpful, and quick to answer any questions or concerns I have. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of and makes living here such a positive experience. I really appreciate everything she does and would definitely recommend Midtown Apartments!

  This is my 2nd year living here and I absolutely love it! It’s in a great location in proximity to campus, restaurants, and fun events, and the leasing process was easy and customer friendly! Apartments are well kept and managed, and maintenance handles any issues quick and effectively! Overall, my experience in Midtown has been great and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice, cozy place to live within walking distance from campus!

  Moved my daughter into Midtown Apt. On 8/7/26 and it was the most favorable moving experience I’ve had in the past 10 years that I have had an MSU student. The apartment was clean, and Stormi had provided every piece of information needed. She was also so quick to respond to messages. Very happy to have my daughter live here

  The location is perfect - very walkable to the district. The apartments are modern with a great balcony. We had a smooth, easy move-in day. The apartment was very clean and Stormi - the manager was very organized and helpful.

  Me and my roommates renewed our lease for our second year! We love living here we love the area anytime we need help with something stormi is amazing and is always willing to help! The property is always clean and we just love our apartment!
