  I lived at the Southern Shade property for 3 years throughout undergrad. Ethan was quick, communicative, and eager to solve any small issue I may have had (which were few and far between). Truly the best college apartment I could’ve had from management, to location, and safety. I’d recommend Gnome Homes to anyone looking for efficient property management or a great landlord.

  Ethan and the crew have been phenomenal throughout my son’s entire time living in Starkville. They have always been prompt and professional when addressing any maintenance issues, and communication has consistently been excellent. I would highly recommend renting from them to anyone looking for a well-managed property and a responsive management team.

  Gnome Homes Property Management team was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay at one of there rentals. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them!

  I highly recommend this rental agency in Starkville,MS, especially for your college age child, but really anyone. They have worked so hard to make sure everything from our move in experience to our last few months in the property has been easy and thorough. We have been very pleased with our experience working with them for the last 2 years. Call Ethan, he was especially friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us.

  Gnomes Homes Property Management is an excellent company to rent from. My wife and I had a phenomenal experience during our time there. The home was exactly as described and exceptionally clean upon move-in. Our landlord, Ethan Hosea, was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We highly recommend Gnomes Homes and would gladly rent from them again if we return to the area.
