  Mario just installed my new dishwasher he was very helpful and nice and the maintenance supervisor Juan came by and fixed my washer the other day and is a very chill dude and everyone in the office is very helpful especially Lexi.

  I am extremely disappointed with how this apartment complex handled a serious concern involving my teenage daughter. My daughter was visiting a friend at the apartment pool. As the pool was closing, she and the other teens were gathering their belongings to leave when a women later identified by the office as the courtesy officer, Alex, threatened to call the police on them. My daughter had no idea she was the courtesy officer at the time, she just knew an adult was threatening to call the police while they were already leaving the pool since it was closing. It was completely unnecessary and intimidating. I called the office to express my concerns and was completely dismissed. Unsatisfied with the response, I went to the leasing office in person, but my concerns still were not taken seriously. I was told the Women threatening my daughter was their Curtesy Officer. Since courtesy officers are police officers, I still don't understand why she would threaten to call the police on teenagers who were already complying with the apartment rules and leaving. I later called again to request the corporate office's phone number so I could escalate the issue. Instead of helping, the assistant manager, Francis, hung up on me. When I called back, I was given attitude and an incorrect corporate phone number. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking. I understand that apartment communities have rules and that the pool has closing hours. My issue is not with enforcing the rules, but it's with how the situation was handled and how management responded afterward. Threatening teens who are already leaving, dismissing a parent's concerns, hanging up on a prospect, and providing incorrect contact information is unacceptable. I hope corporate is made aware of how this property is being managed so other families don't have to deal with the same experience.
