  Daneea was very informational and helpful through my tour. The apartment models were clean and spacious. The apartment community is also very nice and I can’t wait to apply.

  I’ve been living here almost 2 years coming up on my 3rd and I have been waiting on maintenance to fix the leak above the bathroom tub and also come change the door in the hallway the paint is on the floor from the door and also I think it’s starting to smell like mold inside now been waiting on maintenance to come fix the issue for almost 2 months now. I’m gonna call city of RIGELAND. I can’t even enjoy where I stay I really haven’t really been home because of the issue. I have to wait on the issues to get fixed but they want they Rent on time

  I did not end up leasing here due to bad timing, but I did speak with Daneea on the phone and she was able to answer all of my questions, and show me how to navigate the website to see the floor plans online that I wanted to tour. If you want a tour ask for her!

  I love staying out here I put in a work order and maintenance was knocking at the door not even 5 minutes later. This is a place me and my children can genuinely call home and the office staff are amazing, professional and very understanding
