  terrible service， two lady in the office is terrible expecially the morgan have bad attitude。 very mean to customer。 give it to customer the hard time ， do not move in ， they are very terrible。

  I'm absolutely loving my experience at Lakeshore Landing! Moving here from Philly without seeing the place first was a breeze thanks to Morgan's amazing support. In the whole year I've lived here, I haven't had a single problem. When I did need maintenance, they were super quick reported the issue at 8am and it was fixed by 10am. That's what I call outstanding service! The only reason I'm moving out is because of a relocation. If you're looking for a great place, I can't recommend Lakeshore Landing enough they truly stand out!

  It quiet, safe, maintenance team just sucks. They do no real repairs by the way - just patch & go. Oh, pest control sucks - you'd have to do that yourself too.

  to start off, when i toured these apartments and spoke with a guy in the leasing office he told me , and wrote down on a piece of paper the apartment i was applying for wouldn’t have carpet anywhere but the bedroom(i was needing hard floor because i own a pet) then when i got the keys i walk in to see the apartment is all carpet. i ended up having to pay extra for another unit without carpet.i haven’t had a working washer for over a month- i had put in so many requests and calls and walked into the office and they have no answers on when i can get a washer, and the washers in the clubhouse apparently don’t work so i can’t use those either , the apartment has flooded 3 times, once from an above unit and twice from faulty washer, i had to buy things to clean it up myself . also was getting electrocuted when trying to turn the knobs in the shower and i put in many requests and no one came to fix it for days, but eventually got fixed . they don’t care about upstairs neighbors smoking because my apartment stinks of weed from the upstairs neighbors every single day.
