- NSNamrta SainiMar 30, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I moved in less than two weeks ago and I’m already dealing with unresolved maintenance issues. The garbage disposal does not work—it only swirls dirty water and does nothing. A technician came, said it was fixed, and immediately asked for a rating. I trusted him and gave 5 stars without testing it. Later I realized nothing was actually fixed. I submitted another request, and the same technician returned only to say “no issue found,” even though the problem is clearly still there. On top of that, the bathroom sinks clog frequently, which shows there are bigger plumbing issues being ignored. As a new tenant, this is unacceptable. Basic things should work from day one, and maintenance should not mislead residents or dismiss real problems. Very disappointing experience.
