  The apartment complex itself is okay. People are nasty and leave their trash outside of the dumpster because they’re too lazy to go inside. The maintenance doesn’t empty the dog trash cans. Bugs are always flying around it, but they want us to pick the poop up and throw it away. You can barely throw anything else in there. 🤷🏼‍♀️

  Ms. Tanner thank you for being an Awesomely Rental Property Manager. . You take such pride in your work and it shows in how you keep the property. Nice and clean . Not to memtion your staff and how professional they are when you come into the office when you need or ask for something. And also great work maintenance men who does an awesome job as well. Thank you all!!!!!

  Only been here for going on a week so far, but overall I am very impressed. First impressions of the grounds and my apartment were very positive. It's evident that the managers and staff take alot of care in quality. I've dealt directly with both Tahitian and John and found them to be polite, friendly, and very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have had. Only took off half a star because when I moved into my place there were some things not fully finished yet and it was alittle inconvenient. But even so, those things were handled quickly and professionally. So far, I would highly recommend this place.

  The complex is mostly Peaceful. The Neighbors are great. It Could use some upgrades. They have been trying to do some improvements which is good.
