I’ve had great experience at Crosswinds. The staff has been so helpful and has went above to get me all the information I needed, especially Christy Knapp. She walked me step by step and went thru everything throughly. It made it so much easier on me.

Let me start by saying that Crosswinds is one of the few amazing apartment complexes left in the surrounding Jackson Metro area. And let me end by saying Christy Knapp is amazing! She is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and sincere people you will ever encounter. Can't say enough about her tireless professional attitude that she maintains daily.

CHRISTY KNAPP WAS SO HELPFUL WHEN I CAME TO VIEW THE PROPERTY. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROPERTY ITSELF. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH HER PERSONALITY, SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I HAD KNOWN HER FOREVER. CROSSWINDS IS VERY CONVENIENT TO IT ALL. DEFINITELY AT THE TOP OF MY LIST OF APARTMENTS.

Placed me in a unit that I did not intended on. Unit had a leaking master bathroom faucet with flakes coming from both the master bathroom and the guest bathroom. There are cracked seals on the windows with rust. One of the two keys that they gave me worked. Good thing I can say is that it was fresh carpet in the unit. Kyra is great manager. You would expect more from the price that they require you to pay. I moved from Jackson and never had this problem.
