  My experience in buying my new home 2026 with Clayton Homes was an wonderful, and amazing experience. Thanks to sales person Spencer he was so helpful friendly and knowlegable he answered all my questions. Spencer always was available when I called with questions or concerns. Spencer & Clayton Homes made the experience flawless. Spencer is the reason, I choose to purchase my home from Clayton Homes. As a matter of facts me and my 2 other sister all purchased 3 Homes thru Spencer at the same time. Clayton Homes, Spencer is the best of the best. I'll very much recommend Clayton Homes and Spencer over and over again, they treat you like family.
