The maintenance requests are responded to quite fast. Except for the significant rent increase every year, I haven't had much to complain about. It would be a shame if I have to move when it becomes even less affordable.

The management and staff seem completely unconcerned with the well-being and comfort of their residents. Over the summer, I went three months without working air conditioning. During that time, my emails and maintenance concerns were largely ignored, making an already uncomfortable situation even worse. Rather than properly fixing the issue, their solution was to install a window unit that didn’t fit the window. It was held in place with duct tape and surrounded by pieces of cardboard. This has unfortunately not been my only issue with management. When I moved in, the apartment was not even ready for occupancy. It was left dirty with belongings from the previous tenant still inside. Because the unit was unlivable, I had to stay in a hotel for a week while waiting for it to be cleaned and prepared. Despite being unable to live in the apartment during that time, I was still expected to pay rent for those days. No resident paying rent should have to live in those conditions, especially during the summer months. The lack of communication, responsiveness, and basic care for tenants is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering living here to think twice and explore other options.
