  These apartments use to be amazing. I am disabled and needed somewhere quick to stay. Applied here and got approved quickly. Let me say, the management team changes alot with this company. They only had an upstairs apartment. When I did the walk through, I barely could walk. Cassidy was the leasing agent that came. It was OK with minor cleaning issues. My first mistake was signing the walk through list without really doing a good walk through. I did tell Cassidy, I would email her if any issues. My lort, there were issues. Refrigerator wasn't cleaned, as the microwave, stain on carpet and other things. The big issue came when I was moving everything in! I guess, the movement of me moving my items in bought out the roaches! I mean, all sizes! It was the weekend, so I had to wait til Monday to show them. I took videos of the roaches. The ladies were shocked when I showed them the video. Said, the maintenance team said it was ready with no issues. They had pest control come out many times over my stay. I had to put out glue traps and watch over my family nightly to make sure they wasn't in their bed. Moving forward! New management now! Told them the same, they camed out and looked! Pest control again! I gathered my glue traps and took it to the office to let them see what I was dealing with! Management told me I couldn't have that in there! She did speak to me outside. Pest control does not help and they did the whole building! They wouldn't let me change apartments. Told me I had to do everything over! But, my downstairs neighbor was able to move into another apartment due to all her appliances not working. So, don't sign the checklist until you do a full walk through! Check everything! Check your ledger too. They were charging me double for water, sewage, pest control and the other fee for months until I realized I was being charged at the beginning and at the end of the month. As much money flowing in these apartments! Nothing should be broken or anyone dealing with roaches. Maintenance team is good. I got every email and picture. Just be mindful of where you choose to call home. They will be nice until after you sign the lease. Also! You can only have patio furniture on the balcony. Nothing extra. Not even at your door. They wll remove it!. Check windows! When it's cold, mold grows alot! Read the reviews! Talk to people that stay where you are trying to call home and you'll get the raw answers.

  the leasing agent becca was very informative. she knew everything there was to know!! she was very knowledgable of the olive branch area and very helpful learning the new area i moved too!
