  I was apart of the fire that happened in May of this year. I stayed there for 5 years. My rent was ALWAYS paid on time. Hardly ever bothered them and it went up by about $100 EVERY year! They do NOT care at all. When the fire happened, they didn’t put us in a room or give us any assistance. Red Cross was the only assistance. They advertised all the stuff they had in the office that OTHER people donated. They did NOTHING. The day everything happened, they left US to figure it out! Not to mention, they charged $75 for renters insurance but never went into detail about what exactly we were paying for! Oh and let’s not forget, they did not tear the building down where the mold was EXTREMELY heavy and it was most definitely live mold! They’re only fixing the side that was damaged so DO NOT move in Building 32. You’ll probably be dealing with mold (thank me later :=)!) They look nice but management DON’T care AT ALL! Btw, I have moved and doing soooooo much better at a much better place! Blessed!! Even after they played in my face with the insurance! That apartment complex is trash! I hate I even stayed that long. Gave them that much money. Management is trash. They never stay and they basically bragged about the insurance approving them to tear the building down when even people WITH their OWN insurance lost everything! TRASH! It’s not worth the time, money or hassle! Then they demoted the BEST maintenance supervisor they could have ever had! Literally dumb and not worth it!

  My family and I are moving from Seattle Washington and we were trying to figure out whether or not he wanted to move to Olive Branch, Southaven MS or Germantown, TN. These are the first apartment we stopped by to do a tour. They told us they would be with us in 5-10 mins. We were there for a whole hour. No tour. No update. Just us waiting with: 3 working in one office and 1 in the other but only 1 person doing everything. We decided that they would not be a good fit for us.

  I’ve had a great experience at Vineyard Apartments in Olive Branch, MS. The staff is truly one of the best parts of living here they are friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever you need them. The apartments and the complex as a whole are beautiful and well kept. I especially love the views and the peaceful atmosphere. There’s something really nice about coming home to a place that feels comfortable, clean, and inviting. Overall, Vineyard Apartments is a great place to call home. Between the amazing staff, beautiful views, and the quality of the community, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Olive Branch!

  The new property manager Lashundra, has made a tremendous difference at this property! We were actually set on moving out, but when we came into the office, she took the time to listen to our concerns and asked what it would take for us to stay. She made promises to address our concerns, and most importantly, she followed through on every single one. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care for the residents have completely changed our experience here. Vineyard truly would not be the same without Lashundra. We’re very thankful to have her as the property manager!
