  I absolutely had the best experience with Kendall! She is the leasing agent there, and she truly cares about both the residents and everyone touring the property in search of a new home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the community and is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. My family and I recently moved here from California, so finding out that Kendall is from California too made us feel even more at home. We toured six different apartment communities, and thanks to Kendall, we knew The Oliver was the perfect place for us. If it wasn’t for her, we probably wouldn’t be living here today. Thank you so much, Kendall, for making our transition to Mississippi such a welcoming and positive experience. We truly appreciate everything you’ve done!

  Some not right over don’t get wrong is quiet over here but everything in this apartment is pricey from the pool to the weight room and on top of that we got to pay to get the refrigerator fix which is crazy and they not even giving you time to pay your rent with the late fees I never been in a apartment that file for eviction 5 days after your rent late and it seem like every month my rent change cause of the water bill or something else I tried to reach out to corporate or the owner of the apartment because this is ridiculous but charging us to use the pool and weight room is crazy especially when both been down for about two years smh

  Since I have live in The Oliver Apartments the first 2 months my car was stolen the cost was $8500 and just recently my car was broken into that’s so far is $2500 and still haven’t gotten the total bill yet so don’t know what it the total bill will be . This keeps happening and now I don’t feel safe here anymore I’m afraid something bad is gonna happen to me there is no security gate and where is security it was 5am when my car was broken into no security in sight I go go work at that time so there’s no security this costs me lots and lots of money plus I still have to pay rent water gas garbage and electricity several people’s cars has been stolen here it’s opened here where anyone can ride and walk through this premises I wish o could break my contract I would leave immediately this place is costly if I could give it a zero star I would. If you want to spend unnecessary money this is the place to be

  This place is entirely overpriced, understaffed, unprofessional, and they do not care about your needs. I thought when I moved in that the pool would be open, and the gym would be open, but I was wrong. After a year, both of those “amenities” have not been available still. They have VERY LOW staff for maintenance and the workers in the office are very rude and unprofessional. My A/C has been out for three days, the staff basically told me that there were other “higher priority” requests than mine and also informed me that some of the tenants have been without air for a month. When I told her my concerns, she said “Oh well you’re moving out anyway aren’t you?” As if that matters at all, and I am still over a month away from the end of my lease. I talked to the property manager, Jessica, today and she let me talk to the maintenance supervisor, who told me he was going to come by to check out my A/C unit and it has now been over two hours, and I have not heard a word from anyone and now the office is closed. I would NOT recommend moving here.

  I had an amazing experience with Myesha! She made my move-in process smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. She was very professional, organized, and efficient every step of the way. On top of that, her personality is so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend working with her!
