  I had an amazing experience with Myesha! She made my move-in process smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. She was very professional, organized, and efficient every step of the way. On top of that, her personality is so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend working with her!

  I cannot say enough great things about Myesha, our Assistant Property Manager! She is truly amazing at what she does and always goes above and beyond for residents. She is professional, attentive, kind, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her communication is excellent, and she makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the property and the people who live here. Thank you, Myesha, for all of your hard work and dedication it does not go unnoticed!

  The leasing team is so professional and positive. Very helpful with application process, move in and anything else a resident might need. I was very impressed with their team work and dedication to their residents. Would definitely recommend.

  I moved into this apartment on March 13, 2026, and since the last week of March, my air conditioning has not been working. In addition, I have been experiencing ongoing plumbing issues. Despite calling daily for updates, I have not received consistent communication or timely resolution. This situation has become unacceptable, especially considering I have a 5-month-old baby who is unable to sleep comfortably due to the excessive heat. My child is sweating to the point that he cannot even wear clothing at night. The portable heater that was provided only works in one area and does not address the overall issue. I have already paid over $2,000, and it is extremely frustrating and disappointing to be dealing with these conditions so soon after moving in. It is concerning that these apartments are still being leased while such serious maintenance and habitability issues remain unresolved. Additionally, I was informed that the roads would be repaired by March, yet this has not been completed, and the pool area is still under construction. These unmet expectations only add to my dissatisfaction. At this point, I am requesting immediate action to resolve the air conditioning and plumbing issues, as well as clear communication moving forward. If these problems are not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to explore further action or break my lease . I look forward to your urgent response.

  Let me give yall the run down on why they changed their names to the Oliver. The have tons of lawsuits to in their original name “The Plantations” and not because of the name but because these apartments are what you call 50 footers…from 50 feet they look tremendous but once you live there, the walls are super thin. You can hear any and everything outside your apartment. They have the cheapest AC unit you can find. They are overpriced The appliances are old. Once you dirty them up a few times you will see your stains will not wash away. These apartments are the worse. You will see people constantly moving out
