  They up the rent every year after signing, the front office are gossips like it’s a reality tv show. I took a nap in the shade as a resident and they called the police thinking I was homeless. Literally live anywhere else.

  The worst place to live. It is unsafe (check the news). They also should know about water damage and possibly mold that infect your home. This apartment complex “allows” you to transfer units charges you exorbitantly then moves you into another damaged apartment.

  I just want to take a minute to appreciate the entire team at gulf hills!! I constantly see everyone always doing something! The girls in the office are friendly and if you have any questions they’re quick to get you answers! The maintenance is amazing and quick! I constantly see everyone working and running around! Anytime there is any issues with anything the office is quick to send out reminders and updates which I greatly appreciate! I know with a property this big anything can happen so the extra communication is amazing! The resident events are awesome and we enjoyed the crawfish!!! Washers and dryers included. Good amount of storage in the apartments Two beautiful pools, tanning beds, spin room, movie theatre etc etc the list goes on. Roughly once every three months you can expect maintenance to come check your apartment for any issues! And the mandatory pest control is a very nice plus! First complex I’ve lived at that makes it mandatory. So at least I know the entire building gets sprayed 🤣🤣 I know I can always feel comfortable knowing the team at Gulf hills has my back and can assist with my needs!

  They will demand inspections every month and a half and then reschedule 3 times before actually coming. Also do pest control in between so if you want someone coming into your apartment every two or three weeks like a dead beat roommate this is the place for you. Also they charge you for EVERYTHING fridge filter goes out a month into move? $60 charge for something that is $30 in a pack of 3. Also actively renting to felons despite running everyone through a “background check” which leads to constantly some issue in the parking lot at night. Nothing but issues wish I knew better before signing my lease. TLDR: Overpriced, not maintained, bad management, bugs everywhere, etc.

  I must give a big personal thanks to Tana and Eriana for making the application process go so smoothly. We are renting a three bedroom and two bath apartment. The size is just perfect. When we signed the contract we even received a welcome home basket which is definitely above and beyond compared to a lot of other apartments. They are always friendly and kind. I can definitely see this being our place for a VERY LONG time! I love the amenities and look forward to putting in some time with the yoga room. Their dryers are REALLY HOT! I did a couple loads and was sweating as much as when I was packing and moving. The heating element is definitely working! More will come with the review in the future. The coffee bar is really good even the hot chocolate was amazing. Love the yoga room now that almost everything is unpacked and ready to go. It’s so nice and peaceful here. All of the neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. I’m definitely glad to call this place HOME!!!!
