  I must give a big personal thanks to Tana and Eriana for making the application process go so smoothly. We are renting a three bedroom and two bath apartment. The size is just perfect. When we signed the contract we even received a welcome home basket which is definitely above and beyond compared to a lot of other apartments. They are always friendly and kind. I can definitely see this being our place for a VERY LONG time! I love the amenities and look forward to putting in some time with the yoga room. Their dryers are REALLY HOT! I did a couple loads and was sweating as much as when I was packing and moving. The heating element is definitely working! More will come with the review in the future. The coffee bar is really good even the hot chocolate was amazing. Love the yoga room now that almost everything is unpacked and ready to go. It’s so nice and peaceful here. All of the neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. I’m definitely glad to call this place HOME!!!!

  This is the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment complex. The staff in the office are extremely rude and always have a attitude about everything. The maintenance team is completely unorganized and have zero communication skills. I have live here for 3 years and never been late on a single rent payment and they still refuse to help with the smallest things. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can finally leave this place. I have so many neighbors here who are also extremely def up with the constant attitude from the ladies in the office. There is a reason people are constantly moving out of here.

  wish I could give this apartment complex zero stars; it has been an absolute nightmare since day one. Management is completely unresponsive, ignoring urgent maintenance requests for weeks, including a broken AC unit and is hottt in the apartment building and a constant pest infestation. The property is filthy, with overflowing dumpsters and trash littering the hallways, and the walls are so thin I can hear every conversation my neighbors have. To make matters worse, they charged hidden fees, and the leasing staff is argumentative and rude. Do not move here unless you want to live in slum-like conditions!!

  Worst place ever to rent and live, they got a nice pool and gym and amenities, but they have the worst management, they will rob you blind. They are charging me over 1200$ move out fees knowing that I handed the apartment one day before my lease was up. They literally have the rent charged twice on the final bill they sent me. You want to be screwed over bad, go rent an apartment at the reserve.

  Great location with easy access to shopping, dining, fuel stations, Highway 90, and the interstate. The office staff and groundskeepers are always friendly and professional. The property is clean and well maintained, even with resident pets. Amenities are well kept and enjoyable. Communication is timely, especially regarding inspections, and any concerns are addressed promptly. Highly recommend!
