  Our family has had a wonderful experience living at Emerald Lakes South in Ocean Springs, MS. As a military family, we have lived in rental housing all over the country, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best experiences we’ve had. A very special thank you to Morgan in the front office. She is the only person serving the entire community from the office, and she does an absolutely amazing job. Morgan is always welcoming and greets everyone with a warm smile, which truly makes residents feel at home. She has always been professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. Her positive attitude and the care she shows for the residents have made such a difference in our experience here. She is truly an asset to Emerald Lakes South and we will deeply miss her. I also want to give special recognition to Junior, the maintenance technician. He is the only maintenance professional serving the entire community, and the fact that he handles it all on his own is truly impressive. Junior is an incredible asset to Emerald Lakes South. As a military family who has lived in rental housing all over the country, I can honestly say he has provided the best maintenance experience we have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable, full of experience, and genuinely cares about the residents and the quality of his work. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in what they do, and it really shows. He truly knows his stuff, and his dedication does not go unnoticed. We will absolutely miss him. Thank you to the entire Emerald Lakes South team for making this such a great place to call home.

  Excellent Place to Live with a GREAT People always available to help. Junior, the Maintenance Supervisor is Always Open to Help and keep Our House updated. He respond very Fast to any request or Situation and I feel because that, The Property is Always in Nice Conditions and I can’t complain. The Lady in the Office, Morgen is another Excellent Angel. Always with a Smile and listen to whatever you need. Always try to find the best way to help you and provide the environment to feel comfortable to explain and know, they are going to solve your issues. Both have very Great Communications Skills and keep the place in Very High Quality Place to live.

  Very peaceful & quiet neighborhood🙏🏿Front office & landlord Mrs. Morgan is phenomenal, very compassionate & understanding👍🏼Junior Maintenance Supervisor is top tier👍🏼He works very hard never has an attitude & very timely any time you need something done...Emerald Lakes is an awesome community ran and served by awesome people😊
