  Andrice was absolutely horrible to me and my family as a property manager, we ended our lease with Laurelwood early because we needed more space, we were having another child. Mind you we had been in the same apartment for over 2 years. Upon cancellation we were told we needed to pay 3 months rent and utilities AND 2000$ 30 days after the fact. Well 30 days after the fact was June 25th I called and asked multiple times what we needed to pay, she then calls me on JUNE 20th and tells me the balance is 2800 and she expected us to come up with it by June 25th. 5 days. I had told her previously I would be happy to pay on June 10th because that’s when I get paid but she said I would have to wait because she had not inspected the apartment yet. Mind you we had been out for 2 months already. I get the money today on July 10th because I get paid on the 10th. Which I explicitly told her and upper management, went to my bank got a cashiers check went to Laurelwood to pay and she proceeded to make me out like I’m a bad guy, I have the money they want I am being respectful, I had no problem paying it, and then she proceeded to put someone on the phone as a “witness” and she tries to act like I’m not being cooperative ALL I WANT TO DO IS PAY WHAT I OWE then I am told they sent it to a THIRD PARTY, okay she gives me the number I call there is no account in mine or my wife’s name with them, now I’m still trying to find out who I’m supposed to pay because they threatened legal action if I don’t pay the money and said they will report it on my credit. Andrice was overall rude during this, she was trying to act nice, but trying to act like I lied about not being reached out to, and that she gave me ample notice, and acting like I was uncooperative made me extremely uncomfortable being a man with a woman in front of me, I felt like I was being made out as an aggressor, I tried to be as calm and patient as possible and pay what I owe and she has made it extremely hard to do. If upper management is reading this please reach out to me because there’s some other things I would like to discuss, I just want to pay what I owe. The Overall lack of professionalism from Andrice was astounding.

  I made a maintenance request the day before Christmas Eve. The maintenance technician, Thomas, was so quick to arrive and fix the issue in no time. I appreciate it so much.

  I’ve lived in Laurelwood apartments for about two years now and I do not have anything negative to say. Their maintenance staff usually responds to issues in a reasonable time and always available even during after hour issues. The apartment management team will not fix an issue when it is too difficult and have the tenant just live with it. There are many apartments with roaches and the management does not care. I would not live here.
