  On August 27,2026, I received a message from Jasmine Hodges at 9:57AM regarding her needing to change the locks on my apartment because they didn’t have a key in office. She later reiterated that there was a sewage problem in my building and she needed access to my apartment. I arrived at the leasing office at 10:13 AM to give her my key to my apartment. The locks had been changed and the “Sewer” problem fixed within 16 mins of my arrival. I arrived back home at approximately 1:57 PM for my lunch to turn my air on because I turned it off that morning. When I returned home for the day at 5:07PM MY AC UNIT WAS READING 82 degrees. I immediately callled Jasmine in which she answered the phone with an attitude as always. She decided she wanted to argue with me about what was on in my apartment. Needless to say, my two children and myself had to suffer and sleep in a 82 degree apartment. It’s one thing to have a personal problem with me but to make my children suffer is where the line is drawn. I will most definitely be posting pictures as well as recordings from this day forward.

  They got rats real bad I only been out there for 3weeks and started seeing rats in my kitchen and my kids room water was coming down my walls my toilets where over flooding every got damn day your rent will be 850 but you will be paying more than your rent please please don't move out here

  Glen Oaks Apartments could be a much better place if management addressed concerns regarding the light-skinned maintenance employee. I have personally observed him smoking marijuana before property management arrives in the mornings. When residents inquire about work orders, he often makes excuses, and many work orders appear to be cleared from the system without ever being completed. I believe management should consider drug testing him, as I have witnessed him purchasing marijuana from tenants on the property. Additionally, I have observed him removing supplies from the property on weekends. Despite these activities, he is rarely available when emergency maintenance issues arise. These concerns have negatively impacted the quality of service and overall living conditions for residents, and I believe they deserve immediate attention.
