  They got rats real bad I only been out there for 3weeks and started seeing rats in my kitchen and my kids room water was coming down my walls my toilets where over flooding every got damn day your rent will be 850 but you will be paying more than your rent please please don't move out here

  Glen Oaks Apartments could be a much better place if management addressed concerns regarding the light-skinned maintenance employee. I have personally observed him smoking marijuana before property management arrives in the mornings. When residents inquire about work orders, he often makes excuses, and many work orders appear to be cleared from the system without ever being completed. I believe management should consider drug testing him, as I have witnessed him purchasing marijuana from tenants on the property. Additionally, I have observed him removing supplies from the property on weekends. Despite these activities, he is rarely available when emergency maintenance issues arise. These concerns have negatively impacted the quality of service and overall living conditions for residents, and I believe they deserve immediate attention.

  Talk to Jasmine she was so helpful in getting the best apartment for my needs. She was nice and a pleasure to deal with.
