  I applied for apartment December 2025 Paid deposit 1/8/2026.Move scheduler for 1/14. I viewed the unit and unfortunately the unit was not satisfactory. No other 2 bedrooms were available so I waited. I called and was given the run around several times due to no available 2 bedrooms available. I was shown a 3 bedroom in February still not ready. February 25th I spoke with mgmt , turned in a request IN WRITING FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK because I couldn't keep waiting. I received a reply my request was sent to corporate for a full refund as I NEVER POSSESSED A UNIT and they NEVER provided me with another option. I reached out via email 2 TIMES since my first request for my deposit back and now NO REPLY. I sent an email to the same person who stated they turned in my request to corporate. Now there has been NO RESPONSE TO MY FOLLOW UP. At this POINT THEY just STOLE MY MONEY. I also called CORPORATE WHICH IS JUST A RECORDING NO APARTMENT AND NO DEPOSIT RETURN I DO NOT RECOMMEND

  I called and put in a work order yesterday the very next day they came and fixed the issue. It was a quick response. What I like the most is that they left a card indicating that they had been by and resolved the issue. I thought that was very professional. Keep up the good work !!

  I called a week in advance to schedule my tour for 1:30pm. Me and my friend arrive at the leasing office at about 1:26pm and was greeted by a locked door. When I knocked on the door a man came and I informed him that we had a tour scheduled for 1:30pm. He proceeded to tell us that everyone had left for lunch about 10 minutes prior to our arrival. I asked when would they be back and he said they take an hour lunch. Me and my friend was frustrated seeing as I call and scheduled in advance and I talked to an actual person. Long story short we never toured the property
