  Awful. Gnats and poor management . Loud noise and someone got killed last week and someone got shot and survived weeks before. When you go to the office to speak with management the door is always locked or she’s unavailable. Management is so unprofessional and lazy. I looked out the window 2 days ago and saw someone arguing outside with a gun. If you want your kids safe stay away from this place. If you want good management this is not the place for you. I have been here 1 year and don’t have a lock for my mailbox after management told me to give them 2 days.

  Best Beztak Property I have lived at. Shay in the leasing office is definitely the person you want to talk to. Her communication skills and professionalism are impeccable. And the maintenance team (Donald and John) are QUICK with any request, and they know exactly what they’re doing. They all make it so easy to call this place my home!

  Maintenance is quick and efficient and the ground stays cut and clean and trash compactor stay empty would recommend

  I can in unannounced and tried to get an apartment the same day. Ms. Shay made the miracles happen. Between her professionalism and dedication to customer service, she made the impossible happen.
