  I moved out of Reserve at Park Place after living there for almost two years. When I moved out, I paid all required fees and confirmed that my account balance was $0. About two months later, I applied for a new apartment because I needed to move back to Hattiesburg. During that process, I was told that I still owed $38 to Reserve at Park Place, and that the payment could only be made by cashier’s check. Before this, I had not received any notice, email, mail, or phone call about this balance. Since I was not in Hattiesburg at the time, I had to ask a friend to go to the office and drop off the payment for me. However, when my friend arrived, she was told that the $38 balance had already been sent to ProCollect and that I would need to call them to make the payment. Because of this, I was unable to move forward with my new apartment application at The Met Apartment. This situation has been extremely frustrating and confusing. I do not understand why I was not notified about the balance earlier, especially after I had confirmed a $0 balance when I moved out.

  i absolutely love living here! i’ve run into problems like losing my keys, and was immediately helped even though it was midnight. all of the ladies in the office are super sweet and make it a priority to get to know you during your rental time! they have super nice amenities and i always feel safe!

  Do NOT RENT HERE! I’ve been living here for 2 years and the rent goes up $40/$50 EVERY TIME YOU RESIGN, on top of that, they are adding extra charges of $25 for the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities within the apartment community and $5 to use the gate MONTHLY! Rent is ridiculously expensive, which the amenities are including in it but to charge us an extra $25 a month to keep the amenities clean is RIDICULOUS!! I’ve stayed at many apartments in Hattiesburg and none have charged for that! IF U CAN HELP IT, DO NOT RENT HERE! The reviews are FAKE! The property entered the residents name into a drawing for a give away to residents who left good reviews!!

  2 years of a lot of bull, it’s crazy as hell to start charging to use a gate that doesn’t work most of the time. I would never recommend this apartment complex, the company or the sister company to anyone. The office staff love to talk to someone like they are beneath them
