- CUCourtney UrquhartMay 7, 20261.0Please also be cautious reading the 5 star reviews a lot of them are employees and employee relatives. Do not buy a home from Freedom Homes. The homes are terribly built and will not last the life of the loans. I bought my home a little over a year ago. I have had so many problems with the home and all issues have not been resolved. We are currently having floor issues where the floors are buckling from water. I am a few months out of “warranty” so I am told I cannot be helped. My first original call about the floors were well in the warranty timeline. Freedom Homes included money in my loan to put my waterlines in which they never did. I did not receive the money back even after dealing with multiple managers. This entire process has been extremely frustrating.
