  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently moved into Waterline and have had such a great experience! My apartment is absolutely beautiful, the property and grounds are gorgeous, and you can tell the community is very well taken care of. Annie and Lauren have been wonderful from the very beginning. They are welcoming, helpful, and make you feel right at home. Maintenance does an amazing job as well and really takes pride in the community. I couldn’t be happier with my new apartment and would highly recommend Waterline to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home! 🏡

  Today the Waterline hosted a resident event where residents were selected in a drawing to receive a FREE meal from a food truck called Da Spud Spot. I was chosen as one of the lucky residents to receive this gift! I chose the BBQ pulled pork baked potato (picture attached). Thank you so much to Lauren and Anne for hosting this event and creating a welcoming space here at the Waterline!

  New management is a breath of fresh air. Looks like great changes coming soon. So glad I chose these apartments.
