  BEWARE !!! If this place. Amy and Lawrence show me the unit. All of the sudden. They make me pay my admin fee and processing fee worth 150$ when I found out they lies too much. We did not proceed to having leasing coz of too much false information and long wait on what they promise . When I tried get my admin fee they can on passing me on the phone Ami did not give me my admin fee and Lawrence keep saying I will leave a message to my manager. I will keep posting comments here and review I will not stop till I get my money back. Pls be aware of this new management esp Amy very rude and bad personally towards people tryna rent here. WARNING!!!! About this place the property has no cameras for your safety. Some people can just walk by the property and wonder. The gate is open to all strangers no need to of code. Unsafe place at night. Have always a.c problem. Some of my people stay here complaint about the new management Amy and Lawrence. They in the office no matter how much u knock on door Lawrence won’t open a door. The lager itself name Amy was very unprofessional I had a v very bad experience dealer with her. When I want to say something about paperwork and other question. U can even talk to her directly. She put her hand tiowards my face and signal me to shut up. And she priorities her secretary Lawrence opinion more than the customer . They always lock the office door. Even maintenance people lock the office door. Tenant here said she can’t even talk to this new management due to her attitude. This new management was adamant to get my processing fee and admin fee of 150$ tital and I’m on a hell of hard time to get it back. The keep passing the message I call mane times but no solution. I said be ware if this property and management

  I feel very blessed to be able to find the managers are very professional and friendly and willing talk and try to explain changes that are required to make improve the building and surroundings here.

  Try living with the elevators not staying up to code and seniors living there and these pictures got to be old by looking at there pool and landscaping 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Great experience with all staff. Special shoot to Sierra, whom went above and beyond with all I needed to sign up and move in. Great team.
