  The staff were very helpful throughout the application process and I likely wouldn't have gotten through it without them. They were very professional and answer all my questions when viewing the unit and were respectful all around!

  TheA/C temp is 72 at night. I can't sleep well at night. I'm suffering. We already told the front desk several times. They said it can't be below 66. I can't even get the A/C to 66.

  Did my application when they had a special offer. Literally came up there so many times to check on my application. Yet the last day of the special offer, denied. They knowingly knew this was my last opportunity.
