  My family and i we love the team at reflection pointe. Everyone is great from the maintenance staff to the women in the office everyone is wonderful, very easy to work with

  My air conditioning stopped cooling and it appeared someone would come and work on the outside unit and it would cool for a few minutes and after about an hour the inside thermostat would go up to about 79! They worked on it until finally they had discovered ants in the outside unit! They don’t give up on you- they stick with the job and are always willing to help!

  FLEAS IN APARTMENTS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Did a year contract with them, moved in, apartment had fleas. Pest control went twice, sprayed for 1 min then left. Did nothing, I had to buy traps and spray myself to control them while I got to move out. Lasted maybe 1 month in this place, apartment wasn't in livable conditions and still got offered to me. Tried to talk sense into them over the unfair early termination fee, Courtney (property manager) said nothing to be done, you signed you pay. Got charged full termination fee (2 months worth of rent) over an apartment with fleas. Which i'm sure were coming from the apartment next to it since they all have pets there. It was a cross unit contamination. Even if you don't have pets you'll still get fleas inside. It's NOT right to charge someone for an apartment that was a health hazard to the people living in it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Courtney the manager said, its company policy, 0 humanity into it. You are just a number to them. I am in Ashford Place right now, much better apartments, much better treatment. Most importantly, clean and safe.
