  Brandon Dinkins has been outstanding. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue in my apartment, he’s always responded quickly and gotten it fixed the right way. He’s knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and takes pride in his work. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents and makes sure the job is done correctly the first time. It’s hard to find someone this dependable these days. Reflection Pointe is lucky to have him on their maintenance team, and I hope he’s recognized for the excellent work he does. I highly recommend Brandon—he’s a huge asset to this community

  Amanda the Leasing specialist has always been attentive with your needs. Thanks for your help and support. Tameka the property manager and David the Assistant Property Manager is the best go-to people when you have an issue that needs to be fixed or addressed, they will get the bottom of things. Stanley, Bryce and Brandon jumps on the maintenance issues as swiftly as possible. Or come up with a solution that will make sure that you are comfortable. Thank you team for everything.

  I have really enjoyed my experience during my time at Reflection Pointe. It is a beautiful property filled with a truly wonderful collection of residents. The staff has always been extra helpful to me, specifically Amanda the leasing manager. Amanda is an amazing asset to this property because she is always so friendly and professional. She really won me over with her overall enthusiasm and it was very apparent that she cares about the residents and doing her very best for them! Would recommend!

  I recently leased an apartment at Reflection Pointe Apartments, and Amanda Ward made the entire experience outstanding. She was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had plenty of questions, and she took the time to answer each one thoroughly. If there was ever something she wasn’t completely certain about, she found the answer quickly and followed up with me. What I appreciated most was that she never made me feel rushed or intimidated. Amanda made what can be a stressful process feel easy and comfortable. Highly recommend both Amanda and Reflection Pointe Apartments!
