  I have owned rentals in 5 different markets for 10 years and Charlie is one of the best property managers i've ever had. He answers the phone when I call and is on top of things that need done with my properties without me needing to be involved. Things with them just work the way they're supposed to. I would highly recommend them if youre looking for a property manager in the area.
