Charlie and the entire team at Lucroy Property Management are fantastic to work with. They are true local experts who understand the market, the needs of property owners, and what it takes to manage properties the right way. The team is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the clients and properties they serve. You can tell they take pride in providing a high level of service and being a trusted resource in the community. I would absolutely recommend Charlie and the Lucroy Property Management team to anyone looking for experienced, dependable local property management experts.

While this company is effective at finding tenants and filling vacancies, a great property management team must do more than just collect rent. It is equally vital that they remain courteous and ensure maintenance issues are resolved quickly and not ignore them to protect your valuable investment. Otherwise, your property will constantly stay on the market.

I have owned rentals in 5 different markets for 10 years and Charlie is one of the best property managers i've ever had. He answers the phone when I call and is on top of things that need done with my properties without me needing to be involved. Things with them just work the way they're supposed to. I would highly recommend them if youre looking for a property manager in the area.
