  Nyah made false promises about the pool and grill area which was a leading factor into me and my crew moving in. We were told that the pool and grill area would be finished around 2 weeks after we moved in. So boom we decide to do a 6month lease, the pool and grill area weren’t completed until almost the 5th month of our lease. Plus our provided washer smelled and look like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. Make sure if you are planning to be a future resident to double check your laundry rooms prior to moving in. Also after your lease is up make sure to cancel the WiFi they recommend to you before you move out. You can’t cancel online and if you’re already gone the staff will not lift a finger to help you out. Sounds like a case of laziness if you ask me. Thanks Carlton park I don’t recommend you whatsoever.

  Carlton Park is a great place to live. The attached garages, quiet surroundings, and parcel pickup lockers(for the frequent shoppers 😬) are a few of my favorite amenities. Most of all the hospitable maintenance staff, in particular Andre. I have lived at Carlton Park for nearly 10 years and Andre has been employed here as long as I can remember. He goes above and beyond the call of duty with any maintenance request I may have. He always follows up just to make sure I’m ok. He is a great asset to this community and always possess a great attitude.

  This apartment complex is lovely. They recently remodeled with wood floors in all rooms except the bedrooms and closets and it looks amazing. My fiance and I moved here due to a job transfer and did not know the area well. We wanted a safe place to live because we were expecting a little bundle of joy in the coming months. Boy did we hit the jackpot with this place! If you are looking for upscale apartment living, this is the place to be! The staff was wonderful and if I ever had anything go wrong, maintenance had it fixed quickly. The amenities are great and they have a concierge garbage service, which is great for the elderly or those who work a lot. Having a garage is wonderful especially when the weather is bad and while you have a baby on board. Carlton Park is the most private complex I have ever lived at and its a wonderful little community. Luxury living at its finest!
