  Desiree, Mario, and Manny are just spectacular! They have made transitioning into our new apartment seamless. Mario and Desiree are always happy to help me with any questions or concerns I have. They are both so kind. Maintenance is also very timely! We had to move super last minute and were able to get into an apartment right away. The location of our apartment is the cherry on top. We have already taken advantage of the apartments gym, and the pool. I’m excited to get settled here.

  The manager is quick to respond to any question you may have and very kind and knowledgeable. The maintenance department are also quick to respond to every need, from a toilet that won’t stop running to a light bulb (kitchen overhead) requiring a ladder. They let you know if they will be there either that day or the next day they knock on the door if you’re home, you know they’re coming in. This is a fantastic place to live from the updated inside to the screened in patios. I can’t say enough about it. It’s great all the way around..

  I’ve lived in Ashford Place for 2 years now and love it! The staff especially Haley & Ilene are WONDERFUL and will help you in any way possible! I recommend this place to anyone in the Flowood area!!
