- SSSkofalcsblue3 days ago5.0I stayed here for over a year and I would highly recommend signing on with the Colony primarily due to the excellent staff. Sandy, Karen, Rob and Josh all work tirelessly to make sure their tenants are taken care of and are always on your side. Whether it be group events, timely maintenance or putting together an atypical lease agreement due to military orders, the Colony staff will take care of you. The commute from CAFB is a little far but I found that it created good work life balance and was manageable once you get a good schedule. I would highly recommend going for a 2 bedroom or bigger for the advantage of splitting rent.
- JHjohnny harrisAug 31, 20265.0Very nice and pleasant tour today with Sandy. The tour was informative and the unit was very tidy… looking forward to getting a lease soon.
- TJTaelor JenkinsAug 21, 20265.0Sandy Young gave me a tour of the property and she was more than amazing. She answered all the questions I had and some I didn't even know I should ask. She was very professional and patient as she walked me through step by step of the process. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Everything on the property and the apartment itself is well kept up and maintained. I am in love with the apartments I was shown and the amenities available for the residents are a big plus. I think my children would feel very safe living here and having the playground/pool right outside is a dream. It is very possible that me and my family will be moving in next week after some consideration. Thank you for making me feel welcomed! I have never met a staff that was so amazing! I would give a 10 star review if I could. I will be referring The Colony Apartments to anyone looking for a home.
