  the people in the front office are nice but the apartment does not look like the one they show you when you come for a tour instead of the renovated cabinets you get old chewed up cabinets that they just paint over. Upon move in the unit was dirty and the roaches were HORRIBLE pest control does not come every month even though you have to pay for it every month also the move in savings that are advertised on the website doesn't exist when its time to move in

  So I needed an apartment within a week and Phil at Bradford place was honestly the best service and help ive had in so long . He got everything done for me as quick as possible because of personal circumstances I recommend any and everybody to come here to get his services it’s 5 star !! . Thank you Phil you’re the best ever I hope I get to continue working with you ❤️

  I’m coming up on a year and I must say I love it. I’m a single mom with a toddler and honestly my number one priority was safety. We feel safe here. It’s clean, the apartments are reasonably priced, and any maintenance-type issues I had were always resolved quickly. The workout area is decent, there is a playground and a dog area. It’s in very close proximity to everything in Byram, and not far from other shopping areas. The only con is that they don’t open the pools. There are two that I’m aware of and I have never seen the one near me open. Other than that everything is great

  Phil and Tyresha are seriously amazing!! They went above and beyond helping me through my whole moving process. From day one, they’ve been nothing but helpful, friendly, and super easy to talk to. They really made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I already feel right at home, and I haven’t even moved in yet! Highly recommend them!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The space was comfortable and had everything needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The host Tyresha McAbee takes great pride in the property and made sure everything was ready for a smooth and enjoyable stay. From the cleanliness to the thoughtful touches throughout the home, every detail was appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!
