- LNLinda NoblesAug 5, 20261.0If you like the smell of weed all day, rude management, horrible maintenance (never fix anything), dog poop everywhere, pools constantly closed for repairs, grills that never have propane, put you in danger to your health situations (ozone machine in an apartment with someone with asthma- I guess this is one time it worked out for maintenance being incompetent- guy plugged it in but didn’t turn it on), trash compactors that don’t work or have trash outside the compactor area, expensive utility bills ($200+ for 2BR2BA), and rent constantly increasing, this is the place for you. I was told twice I was getting a refund, now they are saying I owe $3000. Avoid! Just avoid!
- DBdeundrua BurksJul 9, 20261.0I have been a loyal tenant for years and never had a compliant until recently when master bedroom flooded from outside water coming in. Which cost damage to some of my property and instead of the apartment trying to resolve my issue which is replacing the one item they want me to use my insurance which i wouldn’t have a problem with if it was my fault. Very disappointed in how i have been treated.
- IRIsabella RamunniMay 8, 20195.0I had an amazing experience today (May 7th) at Highpointe thanks to the super helpful and friendly staff especially Lisa!! Im going to be moving from Kansas to MS as well as work at UMMC. Highpointe and Lisa made it an easy decision as well as made me fall in love with the place the moment i pulled in with the beautiful landscaping, you can tell they take pride in their property! Inside the apartment they have beautiful wood floors, dark cabinets, high ceilings & lots of space! The residents were also super friendly and sweet as i was touring they even said “this place is awesome you should definitely live here!” I’ve looked at 20 plus apartments in the past 3 days and Like I said this place sold me! I look forward to this being my future home. Thank you again to all the staff :) ❤️
