  I absolutely love living at Lagniappe Apartments! From the application process to the day I moved in, Amy, the amazing manager, along with her assistant manager and leasing team, made everything so easy and welcoming. The maintenance team does an incredible job taking care of the apartments, pool, and beautiful grounds. You can truly tell how much the entire staff cares about the community and its residents. The resident events are always exceptional and make Lagniappe feel like more than just an apartment community—it truly feels like home. I am so happy to live here and highly recommend Lagniappe Apartments! ❤️

  I had an overall very pleasant experience here. Lived here for 2 years and this was my first time ever living in an apartment complex. Grounds well maintained and absolutely beautiful pool and sun deck area. Updated appliances. Comes with washer and dryer. Overall quiet neighbors. I feel like they really tried making the environment here as nice as possible to live at. Occasionally it was difficult getting a hold of someone on the phone in the office, but other than that, I have no complaints. Maintenance was always super fast. Will definitely miss this place.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Laniappe Apartments during my move-out process. About 60 days before my lease ended, I called the leasing office to let them know that I would not be renewing my lease. At the time, I was in another state. I was told that I needed to come into the office, but no one informed me that I could simply submit my notice by email. Because I wasn’t given the correct information, my verbal notice was not accepted, and I was later charged month-to-month rent, resulting in a large and unexpected bill during my difficult time as a student. I made a genuine effort to notify them on time, but the lack of communication about their notice procedures ended up costing me a significant amount of money. I hope management improves their communication with residents so others don’t experience the same situation. A simple explanation that notice could be submitted by email would have prevented all of this.

  This was my first time staying at an apartment, and I’ve gotta say that it was a wonderful first home for me. I was welcomed by the incredibly nice staff, and I walk in to a really well sized apartment; settling in was incredibly easy for me. Especially as someone who has trouble adjusting to new places. The scenery is really nice, the maintenance was helpful when needed, and there were community events that were nice. Was really sad about leaving behind a wonderful apartment when I had to eventually move out for my job, but I’d 100% recommend this to anyone who’s trying to find an apartment in Biloxi.
