  I lived at HeartlandView Apartments for 3 years and it was amazing. Fantastic staff, property and amenities. Located near everything you need. Property was clean, quiet and safe. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to move here. 👍

  We’ve loved our time at Heartland! Wonderfully clean, updated, great space. I brought my new baby home here and have always felt safe having her here. If I’ve ever had questions or issues the office/maintenance is quick to help and solve the issue. I’ve looked and toured many places and for the price- it is WAY more worth it than others. The fees are completely cheap and reasonable. Highly recommend!

  I was hoping to not have to make this review, but here we are. The apartment itself was beautiful and a great community to live in. Our problem happened post move out, where we passed our inspection but we never received our security deposit back. It has now been 9 months and we still have NOT received it. Highly disappointing service and I advise you to think carefully about having to deal with the management here if problems arise.

  Living at this apartment complex has been such a great experience. The community here truly feels welcoming, and it's one of the things appreciate most. The front office team (Taylor and Rebecca) deserves a special shoutout-they're always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything you need, whether it's answering questions, handling paperwork, or simply greeting you with a smile. The maintenance team (Adam and Sean) is just as outstanding. The guys who come by to handle any issues are always respectful and helpful. They work efficiently, making sure everything is fully resolved before they leave. Another thing I truly value is the sense of community among the residents. People here are kind, respectful, and easy to get along with. You'll often see neighbors greeting each other or sharing a friendly moment in passing. Great people, great service, and a great community. I'm truly happy to call this place home.

  When it comes to where I live, I take things quite serious, and so do the people at Heartland View! Let me dive in a little bit. 1. Taylor & Rebecca are the sweetest girls ever. They will literally do everything to make sure that you are happy and that everything is taken care of in a timely fashion. I would 100% recommend living here to anyone that is looking for an apartment. The rent price is a little high, however, for what you get and the customer service, you cannot beat it in the area! I would know, because I looked at every apartment complex in the 63385, 63368, & 63367 Zip Codes! (Wentzville, O'Fallon, Lake St. Louis) 2. Adam, the maintenance manager is an awesome dude! At first he is kinda quiet, but once you get to know him, he genuinely is a great dude! The main reason he gets an A+ from me, is because anytime that I have an issue in my apartment, it is taken care of extremely quickly, and knowledgeably. He runs his team extremely well, and I appreciate them for thier hard work! 3. Overall, this apartment complex has been life changing for me. I absolutely love the amenities, (pool, gym, parking overhang), and the fact that it is right in the middle of Wentzville, is fantastic. Heartland View gets a full retrospective score of 99/100!!! WELL DONE HEARTLAND, AND THANK YOU FOR TWO GREAT YEARS, AND HERE IS TO TWO MORE! ❤️💯 & TO THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT 2B RESIDENTIAL, GIVE TAYLOR, REBECCA, AND ADAM A MASSIVE RAISE, IT IS WELL DESERVED!!! P.S - This photo was taken off of my porch in my old building, and this photo has won multiple awards!
