  This place is pretty nice and has some amazing features, unfortunately they charged us $2000 in damages when we moved out which was completely unexpected and unwarranted. We did not do damage to the place and took great care of our space. Greed and surface level niceness from some employees. I recommend taking videos, pictures and documenting all damage when you move in. Keep your own records or else they will pretend to loose things or change things in the lease without your knowledge.

  5/23 at 3:47 just visited the apartment though I do not live there I spoke to a consultant he explained everything throughly and was a rick star very polite very professional.

  My wife and I have lived here for a few years now. We love everything about this place. The front office is incredibly helpful and the maintenance crew is friendly, timely, and trustworthy. After this snow storm we just had, our entire complex parking lot is completely clear. We appreciate how much time and effort is put back into the property.
