Their company is based out of California, they make extremely high-pressure sales, and ultimately take advantage of distressed sellers. When I sold them my property, it was the opposite of what they told me. When I looked at the closing documents, they were making $20,000 just to sell my house to another investor who was actually buying it. Also, you can't even talk to Chris, he's behind a wall of "Employees" from who knows where. Don't trust him or his tactics.
