  Kerri was incredible from start to finish. She gave us genuine advice on which houses we should or shouldn’t focus on, but never pressured us if we still wanted to see something, she made it happen. She negotiated concessions from the seller exactly as we hoped, and she was lightning fast in responding to every message. She handled everything flawlessly. There were no surprises, no confusion, just results. She even had great connections, from inspectors to banks, so we always felt supported. Honestly, she’s like a shark in the best way; she gets things done. The first house we wanted is the one she got us, and we are truly happy! She made this a 10/10 experience. We will go to her when it’s time to sell our home.

  We closed on our house today, and we seriously can’t recommend our realtor enough. From the very first showing she took us straight to the basement and garage to check the foundation and make sure the important stuff looked good. She wanted us to know exactly what we were getting before we got attached. She was always honest and realistic with us. She would point out things about the HVAC, the age of different systems, & things that might need attention down the road. She never tried to hide anything or convince us a house was perfect when it wasn’t. Something she told us that has stuck with me the whole time: “I have to live in this town too.” That really showed us that she cared about her reputation and wanted to make sure we found the right home. After our last experience with an another realtor, this was such a breath of fresh air. We actually felt heard. She listened to what we wanted, never settled for less than what we wanted, and always had our best interest in mind. Buying a house can be stressful, but she made the whole process so much easier. We are extremely thankful for everything she did to help us find our home. ❤️

  Kerrie was AMAZING!! This is our first home, and we had a limited budget. Kerrie was knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the process with no stress. She will definitely be selling this house when we decide to move!
