  Just had maintenance on AC and it was completed within 12 hours of my request. This was a nice gesture. I also had a note left from the maint team explaining what they did which was nice. Much appreciated.

  I came in for a tour with Marley and she was great! She made me feel very welcome and gave me all the information i needed. She answered every question I had and overall I had a great experience.

  Absolutely love living at 44 West! It’s hands-down one of the best apartment communities I’ve experienced. The setup here is perfect, especially with concrete floors in between each floor level that keep things wonderfully quiet—no issues with pet noise or disturbances from neighbors at all, which has been a game-changer. The apartments are spacious and modern, with high-quality finishes that make each unit feel truly upscale. The community is kept in fantastic shape, and I always feel safe with regular patrols from the local police. The amenities are a huge perk! Having a gym that’s open 24/7, a pool, a pool table, and even a dog park makes it easy to relax and unwind without leaving home. The leasing office also hosts events regularly, so it’s easy to feel connected to the community here. Plus, they’re always stocked with snacks, drinks, and treats for pets, which is such a nice touch. From the start, Marlee was helpful during the tour and Ashley made sure move-in day was a breeze. Ashley has been wonderful to chat with whenever I need assistance, and Max from maintenance is quick to address any issues. My guy helps on any issue! No changes need for this place. Grass is very high for the back buildings compared to the front buildings - making it harder to pick up your furry friends' stool, but other than that, everything here is top-notch!

  44 West is genuinely one of the best, if not the best, apartment communities I have had the pleasure of being a part of! The units are very spacious, even the 1BRs, the finishes are modern and high quality, and overall everything feels like luxury. The price is competitive for the market and honestly can't be beaten! The community is maintained very well. It's also safe (VP police drive around often). Some amenities include the pool, pool table, and 24hr access gym. We even have a dog park! The leasing office puts on community events often, so it really helps make this community feel like home away from home! The office also always has free snacks, chocolate, candy, drinks (hot and cold), and pup cups for our furry friends. The mail room is safe and secure since it not only has cameras but also parcel pending lockers. Marlee was amazing, very helpful, and friendly during the tour. Moving in was seamless and everything was ready to go for me upon my arrival. Talking to Ashley on the day of move-in and since then has felt like I have known her for a long time. Max from maintenance is always responsive to any requests (even the smallest ones) and takes care of things the day of or the very next. Bottom line: everybody here is so friendly and welcoming! My only suggestion for improvement is that the grass be cut shorter. The grass also isn't cut evenly (there's a noticeable difference in length of the sections of grass around the community. This might sound odd, but it makes it more difficult to pick up after my dog uses the bathroom).
