  I would not recommend living here. Communication from management is consistently slow, and concerns raised by residents are often dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of working with tenants to find solutions, it frequently feels like an “us versus them” environment. What should be your home often feels like a source of unnecessary stress because management does not seem to understand or acknowledge the impact their decisions have on residents. There is very little effort made to mediate issues or consider tenant perspectives. Before the current manager took over management, the building had a much more positive atmosphere. The previous manager was responsive, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the residents. Since the management change, the overall tone of the building has shifted significantly for the worse. The lack of communication, empathy, and accountability has made for a disappointing living experience.

  Do yourself a favor and do not rent this place. Elevators have been out for 4 months now! The new management promised to have it fix soon but they do not care. Imagine how life is living on higher floors. Shame on these people that treat us like this. They dont even give updates. This company is horrible and trust me there is way more other problems with this property that I will list on my next reviewonce I Leave this property as soon as possible.

  Community is beautiful and residents are pleasant. However they fly through different leasing companies. There’s a super condescending leasing agent. Leasing is hardly ever there. Their communication is beyond subpar and have zero consideration for tenants and their needs. And do expect for your car to get broken into at least once If you choose to park on the free parking lot💕 ***EDIT 05-22-25 UPDATE**** Since my initial review The Georgian Apartments have done a COMPLETE 180! Jeanie, the new leasing manager is a total delight she handles the property AND the residents with great concern. Yes, we’ve had problems with the elevators and doors however I give them grace considering that this is a historic building that was once a hospital. Parts are hard to find. The water went out and we were compensated for the inconvenience due to the manager advocating for the tenants! Thanks to Chrysta (who is sadly no longer with the company), Jeanie, and our wonderful maintenance Mr Clinton, the Georgian is as it always should’ve been a great place to live. I actually plan to move out of state soon but am holding onto the option of a longer lease because I can’t find anything as beautiful for the price! They’ve spoiled me😂 As long as the current leasing team is here I Would definitely recommend.

  Worst place we’ve ever lived. i found black mold & the maintenance man said “there’s no such thing as black mold”. The humidity inside the apartment was 80% and they brought in a loud dehumidifier that raised our bill by $200. Every time I showered the fire alarm went off and there were puddles of water all over the floor from how humid it was. Oh and there were centipedes and black worms everywhere. I came home on 4th of July and the dumpster was on fire, the leasing company did nothing and just asked for a picture, so my boyfriend and a few other residents helped put it out. They changed leasing companies 3 times within 2 months. Refused to answer phone calls and maintenance request. I ended up messaging the leasing companies ceo on instagram (he didn’t answer). We talked to many other residents who had filed lawsuits against them. Do not live here.
