  I’ve had a great experience living here! The building is exceptionally clean, the location is incredibly convenient, and the shared spaces are beautiful and perfect for hosting. Katie the property manager is wonderful, always responsive, professional, and kind!

  I have been a resident at The Euclid for the past three years, and I have genuinely loved living here. Katie, in particular, has been an absolutely wonderful Community Manager and a pleasure to work with. She is responsive, approachable, kind, and attentive to residents' concerns. Having lived in several apartment buildings over the years, I can honestly say it makes a tremendous difference when the building is managed by a team that is proactive, effective, and genuinely cares about its residents. The maintenance team has also been exceptional throughout my time here. I have never waited longer than a day (and often less than 24 hours) for a maintenance request to be addressed. Every member of the team has been professional, efficient, and friendly. The amenities are another major highlight. The gym is well-equipped, particularly compared to other apartment buildings around, and the sauna is a fantastic bonus that I have used regularly. Both are consistently clean and well maintained, making it easy to stay active without leaving the building. The residents are respectful and friendly, creating a welcoming community. I've also never had any issues with package deliveries, and I really appreciate the secure package locker system for Amazon and other deliveries. Finally, you simply can't beat the location. The Euclid is within easy walking distance of Whole Foods, Forest Park, and the hospital, making it especially convenient for healthcare workers and anyone who enjoys having great amenities nearby. I would highly recommend The Euclid to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community in the Central West End.

  I’ve been living in this building for the past two years and had a very positive experience. Common areas are kept clean, no issues with package deliveries, and the maintenance team is quick to address any issues. I had to file a noise complaint on occasion and they were quick to address this as well. Community manager (Kate) is fantastic. I think this is probably one of the best places to live in CWE and would recommend it.
