  I’ve been a resident at Chelsea Apartment Homes in Saint Louis for over a year, and I can honestly say the changes made by the new management team in just the past two months have been incredible. I’m extremely impressed with the quality, professionalism, and responsiveness of the new team. Thanks Ashley for assisting me with understanding my lease! Before the transition, it was often difficult to get assistance after moving in, but now there is always someone available and willing to help. That level of attentiveness has made a huge difference in my overall experience here. The property itself is beautiful, and I truly enjoy my apartment and the amazing amenities offered. That said, I would love to see a few improvements—especially having the trash and debris cleared out of the garage area and refreshing the café with more drink and snack options. The café was actually one of the main reasons I chose to move here, so it would be great to see it fully utilized again. Overall, aside from those minor adjustments, I genuinely love living here and appreciate the positive direction the community is heading under the new management. Luv Sadie💕

  I’ve had a great experience with Ashley as our new property manager. She is incredibly professional, approachable, and truly dedicated to her role. From the start, she has been welcoming and always greets residents with a warm smile, which makes a big difference in creating a positive atmosphere. Ashley is attentive, responsive, and clearly takes pride in her work. It’s refreshing to have someone who is not only organized and efficient but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to. She has made a wonderful impression, and I truly appreciate the effort she puts into making our community a better place. Thank you, Ashley, for all that you do!

  I recently toured Chelsea Apartments in St. Louis and had a really great experience. The property is absolutely beautiful very clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming feel throughout the entire community. Oh the property smelled so fresh! Ashley, the leasing assistant, was incredibly helpful and made the tour enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to show me everything the property has to offer while answering all my questions.We toured 3 different floor plans. While the rent may feel a bit pricey for a student, it honestly seems worth it considering the prime location and the quality amenities available especially for someone attending school nearby. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend checking it out!

  My daughter and I recently visited Chelsea Apartments in Saint Louis, Missouri for a tour, and we had a wonderful experience. She will be attending Washington University this August, so finding the right place was very important to us—and Chelsea Apartments definitely stood out. From the moment we arrived, the property was clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. The amenities were impressive and really made the community feel comfortable and modern, which is exactly what my daughter was hoping for. Ashley, the manager, was absolutely amazing. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through every detail about the property as well as the surrounding area. She answered all of our questions with confidence and made us feel completely at ease with the process. Overall, we left feeling excited and confident about this decision. I am truly looking forward to my daughter moving into Chelsea Apartments—it feels like a great place for her to call home while she starts this new chapter.
