  My roommate and I applied for an apartment at Chelsea back in the spring. We submitted our application, paid the application fee, and then heard absolutely nothing for a week. We tried repeatedly to contact the leasing office, but our calls were consistently sent to voicemail. This went on for about three weeks with virtually no communication or assistance from anyone. At that point, we were so frustrated with the lack of communication that we decided to withdraw our application and move on. Unfortunately, that was not the end of the issue. It is now October, and both my roommate and I have been contacted multiple times by debt collection agencies over the application fee, with Chelsea apparently claiming that we never paid it. We paid the fee when we submitted our application and have received confirmation emails, yet we are now having to deal with collections months later because of an issue on their end. The entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional and stressful. Not only was communication practically nonexistent during the application process, but months later we are still dealing with the consequences of what appears to be a failure to properly process or document our payment. I would strongly recommend avoiding Chelsea. If this is how they treat prospective tenants before they even move in, I would not want to imagine what dealing with them as a resident would be like.

  Awesome place to stay and very comfortable!!! Absolutely love Mia!!!! She's awesome and amazing at her job very personable

  Amazing space, move in was simple. The property manager Matthew is great!
