TL;DR - Beware when thinking about moving here.
- Gates frequently nonfunctional; limits reliable access in/out for residents, and potentially for emergency services.
- “Free gated parking” (advertised on website) not guaranteed
- Thin walls and loud highway noises; several residents moved because of it.
- No overnight PODS permitted (for moving)
- No guaranteed ceiling fans or lights in bedrooms.
PROS:
- Maintenance crew is excellent, attentive, and prompt.
- Short walk to CWE.
- Partially credited me for costs to replace carpet for pet urine damage when I told them I’ve never had pets in the apartment (maybe, overall a con?)
CONS:
—————— GATE RELIABILITY AND SAFETY ——————
Main gate (only entrance for cars) is often broken. Major safety issue if residents can’t leave/return to apartment, and especially if emergency services can’t enter the complex if needed. In the first 5 months of 2026 alone, I called emergency maintenance about 3-4x because I could not enter the complex. I walk to work and rarely drive, so encountering this that often says a lot about actual frequency. I’ve also often see lines of cars outside stuck waiting for the gate to work, suggesting this occurs more than I experience. I raised this issue up; they said they increased inspection frequency, but I still had to call emergency maintenance after this discussion.
Side gate (secondary exit) often down for months at a time. After for being down for a lot of 2024-2025, they replaced it late 2025, only for it to break down repeatedly again (many emails documenting this; happens more often than emails formally acknowledge).
This becomes a serious issue when both gates malfunction. When main gate also fails, there is no way to leave. In fact, this has happened to me; I was unable to drive to the hospital and was late to my shift as a physician. If you work in healthcare or other time-sensitive jobs, consider this as a potential issue.
—————— PARKING LIMITATIONS ——————
Parking spots are often limited if you don’t buy a carport spot (price: $75/month in 2023, $100 in 2024). If you get back at night, you may have to park on the street given no availability inside gated area. “Free Gated Parking” listed on their website is not as guaranteed as you may think.
—————— NOISE——————
The walls and ceilings are very thin. I can frequently hear both my next-door and upstairs neighbors during ordinary daily activities and normal conversations. Based on what I hear, this is not excessive noise on their part; sound simply travels very easily throughout the building.
Highway noise can also be significant, especially if you live on the side facing the highway, Depending on your tolerance for constant traffic noise, it may become frustrating over time. I personally know several residents who ultimately decided to move because the noise level was too disruptive.
—————— MISC——————
No guaranteed ceiling fans or light fixture in bedroom. I know a resident who was told she had to buy lights herself and then the maintenance crew would then install it if she wanted.
Barriers to moving: They do not ~officially~ allow PODS, moving trucks, or UHauls to stay overnight. Not a problem for moving trucks/UHauls but probably an issue for PODS or similar companies.

Bree is amazing! Her energy and passion for tenants here was evident and on full display during my tour. She’s a big reason why people choose to live here. If you’re looking for apartments, the staff here is doing their best to start building a community and there are high hopes

Maintenance is excellent. Very quick to respond to tickets of any priority and provide education to prevent certain tickets from being required as applicable.

Bill in maintenance always does a great job of taking care of my apartment. Goes above and beyond to catch things that I haven’t even put in a request for.
