We absolutely love living here! The community is peaceful, and very well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and cozy, with everything we need to feel right at home. Their management and staff - Tara, Bill and Jim - are super friendly and always willing to help whenever something comes up. We really appreciate everything they do for our community! We’ve had such a wonderful experience living here and couldn’t be happier. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live!

TL;DR — Think carefully before moving here. ⚠️ Biggest issues: - Gates frequently malfunctional; limits reliable access in/out for residents, and potentially for emergency services. - “Free gated parking” (advertised on website) not guaranteed - Thin walls and loud highway noises; several residents moved because of it. - No overnight PODS allowed for moving. - No guaranteed ceiling fans or lights in bedrooms. ✅ PROS - Maintenance team is excellent—responsive, friendly, and quick. - Great walkability to the Central West End. - Partially credited me for costs to replace carpet for pet urine damage when I told them I’ve never had pets in the apartment (maybe, overall a con?) ❌ CONS: ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚪 GATE RELIABILITY & SAFETY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Main gate (only entrance for cars) is often broken. Major safety issue if residents can’t leave/return to apartment, and especially if emergency services can’t enter the complex if needed. In the first 5 months of 2026 alone, I called emergency maintenance about 3-4x because I could not enter the complex. I walk to work and rarely drive, so encountering this that often says a lot about actual frequency. I’ve also often see lines of cars outside stuck waiting for the gate to work, suggesting this occurs more than I experience. I raised this issue up; they said they increased inspection frequency, but I still had to call emergency maintenance after this discussion. Side gate (secondary exit) often down for months at a time. After for being down for a lot of 2024-2025, they replaced it late 2025, only for it to break down repeatedly again (many emails documenting this; happens more often than emails formally acknowledge). This becomes a serious issue when both gates malfunction. When main gate also fails, there is no way to leave. In fact, this has happened to me; I was unable to drive to the hospital and was late to my shift as a physician. If you work in healthcare or other time-sensitive jobs, consider this as a potential issue. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚗 PARKING LIMITATIONS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Parking spots are often limited if you don’t buy a carport spot (price: $75/month in 2023, $100 in 2024). If you get back at night, you may have to park on the street given no availability inside gated area. “Free Gated Parking” listed on their website is not as guaranteed as you may think. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔊 NOISE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The walls and ceilings are very thin. I can frequently hear both my next-door and upstairs neighbors during ordinary daily activities and normal conversations. Based on what I hear, this is not excessive noise on their part; sound simply travels very easily throughout the building. Highway noise can also be significant, especially if you live on the side facing the highway, Depending on your tolerance for constant traffic noise, it may become frustrating over time. I personally know several residents who ultimately decided to move because the noise level was too disruptive. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📦 OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Bedrooms are not guaranteed to include ceiling fans or overhead light fixtures. One resident I know was told to purchase her own fixture, and maintenance would install it afterward. They do not officially allow PODS, moving trucks, or U-Hauls to remain overnight. This probably isn't an issue for a same-day move but could complicate using PODS or similar moving containers.

Bree is amazing! Her energy and passion for tenants here was evident and on full display during my tour. She’s a big reason why people choose to live here. If you’re looking for apartments, the staff here is doing their best to start building a community and there are high hopes

My spouse and I lived here for almost three years and enjoyed the community. Margaret, Grace, Jim, and Bill make a huge effort to ensure the community is beautifully managed. The office responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. Margaret and Grace create fun events for residents like pet of the month, donation drives, and raffles. Maintenance requests are handled asap with same day service being very frequent. They do a great job of up keeping the pool during the warm months and opening it quickly. We always felt safe and secure in the community. It’s within walking distance to the Grove. It’s a great complex for students and young professionals.

I'm so grateful for Grace and Margaret at the leasing office. As a student new to the States, their patience and friendliness have made all the difference in my transition. They listen and help with everything I need, making my stay comfortable and safe. The maintenance is excellent, and the nightly patrols give me peace of mind. I also love the convenience of EV charging. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive and convenient home. Thank you, Grace and Margaret!
