  i want to leave an EXCELLENT review of the Arcade Apartments, as I recently did an Absolutely Amazing tour with Terrill, as our guide. it was so wonderful learning about the beautiful history of the building itself. There is so much to offer and the variety of floor plans/living space options is like none Ive seen before. The multitude of amenities are very unique from the studio spaces for creative artistry of all genres to the breathtaking views and fun, relaxing optics on the rooftop! This is a timeless property and I am so glad to have toured here! Terrill was an Awesome guide, taking extra time to explain and show many facets of the history of the building and the changes it's gone through over the years, as well as detailed explanations of each amenity - and there are Plenty! There's a space that caters to everyone's interest. From the outside, you'd never know the beauty that exists inside. If you're looking for something unique and welcoming, call them and schedule your tour! You won't be disappointed! ~Tifaan F.

  the leasing staff just seems to be incredibly rude and borderline incompetent. the application process has been a nightmare and they hardly answer the phone or seem to show up for work at all just from the one week experience I had while trying to apply. i would steer clear from any of the apartments within the management company period.

  I am leaving my review based on a tour i has with Terrell. He was AMAZING. His enthusiasm, willingness to answer questions, ability to locate the exact style unit I was looking for and his wonderful aroma all were above and beyond what I have experienced with other apartment tours. Terrell is one of the newer staff from what he told me, but I can tell he will be very successful. In the end, dog amenities and parking were the things I couldn’t budge on Arcade not having, but if I didn’t need those, the place was more than sold to me. The management made a great choice with Terrell, I might still come stop by just to visit him!
