Well when I first moved to timber club I was one of the first people in my unit and my experience was beyond pleasant and wonderful. The staff is very friendly and the things they do for the residents is one of the best I’ve ever experienced when it comes to an apartment complex. Not to mention anytime I’ve ever had a maintenance request it was either done that day of the request or the next and that type of service is unheard of in most apartment complex. Over all great place to live

For the past year, I’ve been proud to call Timber Club home, and I’ve truly loved every minute of it. The staff is incredible. I could not say enough good things about them. They are friendly, attentive, and always professional. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve responded quickly and made me feel taken care of. They treat my dog, Piper, like royalty, greeting her with treats and plenty of pets every day, which means the world to me.Everything is consistently clean and well cared for, and I’ve never had an experience here that was anything less than enjoyable.If you’re searching for a new place to live, I can say with complete confidence that Timber Club is absolutely worth your time.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I feel future residents should know about my experience living at Timber Club Apartments, specifically in Building 2. I ended up breaking a 2 year lease 9 months in because of problems I was having but I’ll just list the general issues here.
First, they will tell you that you are moving into a “brand new apartment,” but that is completely misleading. The condition of the building and apartments does not reflect that at all.
There has been a constant sewer smell on the 2nd floor of Building 2 for months. Management stated that a company would begin deep cleaning the carpets throughout the building starting March 2nd, but that clearly never happened because the carpets are still filthy. The stairways in Building 2 are extremely dirty and often filled with dog hair, bugs, and cobwebs. The elevator entrance near the dog park is also consistently dirty.
Management told residents they hired a cleaning company for the buildings, but from what I observed, only Building 1 received consistent attention while Building 2 was largely ignored aside from the front entrance windows occasionally being cleaned. It honestly feels like management only cares about Building 1 and its residents.
The biggest disappointment came during the January storm when many residents, including myself, lost power for over two weeks. I was only placed in a hotel for a couple of days despite being pregnant, having a 2-year-old child, and a small dog. After that, I was told I could stay in a vacant apartment with no furniture that was not properly cleaned. Throughout the situation, management and the leasing office staff were dismissive and showed very little concern for residents dealing with those conditions.
There were also multiple issues with the WiFi being down for several days, and again, the response from the leasing office was dismissive instead of helpful. I was blocked from posting on the Livly app asking general questions to see if residents in my building were having electric problems, basically trying to make sure I wasn’t the only one experiencing issues.
This property has serious maintenance, cleanliness, and resident care issues that need to be addressed, especially in Building 2.
P.S. They (management team) will become upset with you if you reach out to corporate with problems you’re having that they ignored and will issue you unverifiable lease violations. Certain neighbors are extremely nosey as well.
