- LLLynn1 day ago1.0These apartments are not luxury but, very nasty. The carpets on every floor has animals urine spots all over them. Lights on the stair hallway has been out for months and, walking through the different hallways there is a hole in the ceiling that has been there for months. The two maintenance men are very lazy and, it is very clear that the management team now is just as lazy as the last ones. They started a year in a half ago charging to park and, just a few months ago they have taken away some of the spots so some ,NOT most nor all of the tenants now can park for free , the way it should have stayed. I can see these very dirty apartments being condemned soon if new management and, maintenance has not been replaced Will add photos soon

Tony is genuine, respectful, and sets clear expectations for the renting process. His communication is top-notch. Even right before closing time, he still answers calls and openly addresses every question. Kim is also highly professional and wonderful at assisting. They make a fantastic team!

I especially want to recognize Dena Payne for her outstanding customer service. She was prompt, personable, and genuinely cared about making the move-out process as smooth as possible. Dena communicated clearly, addressed every concern I had, and resolved any issues quickly and professionally. Moving out can be stressful, but she made the entire experience feel effortless. Although I've moved to another state, having someone like Dena as part of the apartment community is the kind of service that would have made me want to stay. Thank you, Dena, for making my experience such a positive one.
