  #1 scam company. My experience has been terrible since day one. They don’t have a single honest representative in this company. The worst company you could ever deal with. One of the biggest scam they can get a trophy in lying. If you have an issue with this company, cut to the chase, call Better Business Bureau and contact your lawyer. as this company will not solve your issue. They are only here to take your money for no reason. I requested a phone call to discuss my bill over 6 months ago and yet no one contacted me and every time I call them they say we called you and you did not respond or it went to the voice message and when I ask them, why didn’t you leave a voice message so I can return your call they never have an answer. What a coincidence that I can get every phone call except this scam company.

  I am in the process of purchasing a condo managed by Smith Management. I have not been able to reach a human being from this company with many questions I have. I'm probably going to back out of my contract due to the fact I cannot get any information from Smith. I definitely don't want to live where I can't even reach someone if there's a problem.
