  The absolute worst you can't get anyone on the phone you sent a message via their app and it takes forever to get a response. They owe us money but decided to keep it until a certain day. If it's our money then we should be collecting interest, if I Was laid on something they'd be collecting it for me. They took over after the first two went bankrupt so this subdivision is no longer what it was in 2017 and it's getting worse! I Don't know why we have an HOA they eliminated grass cutting and any other projects they took care of, It's all on us now so what Are they doing here except showing us they have the POWER!

  I live in Homefield Gardens condos, Hoa feed almost $500 a month and the can't maintain the Landscaping and don't do nothing during the winter either

  Smith Management Group is awful at communicating and working in partnership with the community they support. I live in a new subdivision and the builders selected SMG as our management company, and unfortunately the HOA’s hands are tied with using SMG until our subdivision is further complete. I’ve head of instances of financial mismanagement by SMG, and in Mayb 2025 requested our financial statements be posted on Town Sq &/or emailed to the residents monthly. June 2025 was the last statements we have received. To a good feeling when a single household gives a company over $2k a yr to manage a 300+ home subdivision. I’ve opened multiple tickets regarding different help needs over the course of the past year and probably 75% are closed without resolve. It’s absolutely awful. I honestly cannot think of one positive thing to say about SMG, and would recommend no one to use them.

  Villas on Olive is horrible first the amount of marijuana and other drug use is ridiculous the people live in the kondo with all there other family members I lived at 1150 the people above me would make noise the whole time and listened to my phone calls I was making I had to call the police there’s a family that all hangs out at murphys bar so watch out for that and everyday someone will park in your parking spot the people above 1150 should be evicted and I think the management is inconsiderate with not ever returning calls from me so I moved out I do not believe all those people have enough money to be living there and I can tell a lot of the neighbors go to the bp gas station spy on you and also go to the pink gallion bar causing problems the trash was always late and they should evict the person as I said above 1150
