Moved here recently and the maintenance guy, DaRon, was very helpful assisting me with transporting a lot of my boxes and things to my apartment.

Live here if you want to have highway, road traffic, and construction keep you up all night every night!
The guy who gave me the tour and told me that the lower priced units were a “test to see how the rental market is doing vs. the housing market” quit a week after my tour. If you see a discounted unit then DON’T move there. They know what they’re doing.
Let’s pay premium prices to live in the loudest possible place! 🥳
I asked them to come and soundproof the windows at the very least and I just get a blank expression.
I was also blamed by the management for moving here. What a joke!

Leasing office is extremely unprofessional and wasted our time. The leasing agent doesn’t speak English enough to communicate correctly. The leasing office manager was rude and unable to talk with us regarding any issues. This place is not the place for anyone!!!

The Rail advertises itself as a “premier residential community,” yet my experience as a resident for over a year has been far from that standard.
One of the most significant issues is the lack of enforcement of lease agreements. On multiple occasions, neighbors have hosted loud gatherings and played excessive music late into the night and early morning hours. While management has attempted to address these complaints, the disturbances often continue without meaningful resolution.
Additionally, despite being marketed as a smoke-free apartment community, the hallways and stairwells are frequently pungent with the odor of marijuana. This ongoing issue raises concerns about the enforcement of community policies and the overall living environment. The Rail also heavily promotes itself as a pet-friendly community, which makes this particularly concerning. Residents should not have to worry about themselves, or their pets, being repeatedly exposed to secondhand smoke in common areas.
Apartment safety and security are also rarely enforced. The lease clearly states that guests are to be accompanied by a resident at all times, yet it is not uncommon to see non-residents freely wandering throughout the building and common areas without supervision. This apparent disregard for established policies raises serious concerns about resident safety and security. As someone who pays a premium to live in what is advertised as a luxury community, it is unsettling to question whether the property is taking reasonable measures to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the premises.
Parking has been another major frustration. Residents pay approximately $100 per month for a standard garage parking space, and the lease explicitly states that a 24-hour emergency towing service is available to enforce assigned parking. However, when unauthorized vehicles occupy assigned spaces, this policy is consistently not enforced, leaving paying residents without the accommodations they signed and agreed upon.
The condition of the delivery area is also routinely disorganized, further detracting from the property’s appearance and functionality. Unfortunately, management appears unwilling to take the additional steps necessary to maintain the standards one would expect from a luxury apartment community.
Given the premium rent and additional fees charged to residents, the overall experience has been highly disappointing and falls short of the expectations set by the property’s advertising and leasing commitments. A luxury apartment community should provide not only quality amenities, but also consistent policy enforcement, resident safety, and a well-maintained living environment. In my experience, The Rail has failed to deliver on those expectations.

Living at The Rail has been a great experience so far. The entire staff is attentive, responsive, and truly cares about keeping the building in excellent condition.
I want to especially recognize John from the maintenance team. I had an issue with my food processor, and he was in my apartment the very next day to address it. When the issue wasn’t completely resolved, he returned on his own the following day and finished the job — no need for me to follow up. His commitment to doing things right really stood out.
Otavio also provides amazing customer service. He truly understands what residents need, and I’m very happy for him in his new position.
The building is always well maintained: trash rooms are consistently clean, the package area is organized, and even after busy weekends, everything is picked up and in order first thing Monday morning.
It’s very pleasant to live in a place where every staff member takes pride in maintaining the community.
Thank you to the entire team at The Rail — highly recommend!
