  Living at The Rail has been a great experience so far. The entire staff is attentive, responsive, and truly cares about keeping the building in excellent condition. I want to especially recognize John from the maintenance team. I had an issue with my food processor, and he was in my apartment the very next day to address it. When the issue wasn’t completely resolved, he returned on his own the following day and finished the job — no need for me to follow up. His commitment to doing things right really stood out. Otavio also provides amazing customer service. He truly understands what residents need, and I’m very happy for him in his new position. The building is always well maintained: trash rooms are consistently clean, the package area is organized, and even after busy weekends, everything is picked up and in order first thing Monday morning. It’s very pleasant to live in a place where every staff member takes pride in maintaining the community. Thank you to the entire team at The Rail — highly recommend!

  I toured The Rail today and just wanted to say Tyler was fantastic. He was extremely kind, accommodating, and very straightforward in providing all the information we needed. He really worked with us to find the best possible fit and made the whole experience feel like home. He was the differentiator in choosing The Rail. Thank you again, we truly appreciate it!

  Thank you for your immediate response and resolving the issue. Much appreciated! The Rail is a great place to live. Couldn’t be happier with the higher quality of my apartment and all of the incredible amenities.

  I would not recommend this property. My bedroom and bathroom have had constant noise and vibration almost every night for over a month, especially between 10pm–6am. It made my bedroom basically unlivable. I reported the issue multiple times. Management didn’t really do anything until I recorded the noise myself (as they told me to). They recently confirmed the noise and vibration were coming from the downstairs unit’s ceiling fan and told me this is “normal” for the whole building. Their “solution”? Putting rugs under the legs of my bed (see the photo) and asking me to buy an area rug. For a newly built apartment and a $1,800+ one-bedroom apartment, that’s honestly ridiculous. If you care about sleep, peace, or your mental health, think twice before renting here. There’s a reason so many units are still vacant.

  The Rail truly stands out because of its people. A huge shout-out to John, our maintenance technician — his work ethic is truly unmatched. We see him everywhere, keeping the community in top shape, from cleaning the pool to handling packages, even in late evenings. He’s extremely responsive — whenever we submit a request at night, he attends to it the next day. Otavio is super friendly, personable, and always brings great energy. Love his attitude and warmth, he makes the place feel like home. And our amazing housekeeping lady, who always has a smile on her face. 😊 As well as Tyler, DaRon and Shane — consistently helpful, and responsive! They are the reason why The Rail is 10/10! 👏✨
