Once grand high-rise hotels—The Westmoreland, Congress, and Senate—alongside the sleek modern tower, The Annex, have been thoughtfully reimagined to form The Era Collective. Formerly known as 275 on the Park Apartments, this iconic collection of four buildings has been rebranded and redesigned to reflect a new era of refined living in St. Louis.
Located in the heart of the Central West End—St. Louis’ most dynamic neighborhood—you’ll be steps from vibrant sidewalk cafés, eclectic boutiques, and a thriving nightlife scene. Right across the street lies Forest Park, one of the nation’s premier urban parks spanning 1,300 acres, and just minutes away are cultural landmarks like the St. Louis Art Museum, The Muny, the Zoo, BJC Hospital, and Washington University.
DO NOT MOVE HERE - THIS IS A PSA
WESTMORELAND HAS RATS ROACHES SPIDERS NO HEAT IN WINTER AND WINDOW UNITS WITH MOLD. PROPERTY MANAGERS DO NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT ANY OF THIS OR YOU! I was going to wait till I move out but I cannot bite my tongue anymore. My health has deteriorated since moving in here in November. This place deserves negative 5 stars. Read all the reviews I wish I did but I was in a rush to move. Lessened learned

I was contacted by collections almost a year after my move out date for not being in person during the walk out. When I returned my keys, I specifically asked was there anything else needed from me and did we need to do a walk through? Management at the time, they rotate so frequently, waived the action and told me to provide the unit key and new mailing address and email to contact for any billing for damages...which they never reported any. Nevertheless, I have sifted through all of my email folders, checked my mailbox and even contacted them but they never answered and when trying to go to the office it's a crapshot. Their lack of organization and accountability is a huge red flag and I recommend to not go by anything they tell you because they will slap you with a bill that you never received and sent to collections.
They have still yet to contact me to resolve the $66 hit that impacts my records.
This needs to be addressed immediately and I plan to file with the bbb. Not because of the amount but because of the negative impact when getting sent to collections.

The person who gave me the tour was informed and very professional. She was also kind and did not rush me. I would recommend her as a very good representation of the building.

I would like to share my experience with The Era Collective and give special thanks to Hannah Henderson for her great patience and support throughout the entire process. She was incredibly helpful, assisting us even with filling out forms and handling all the details with professionalism and kindness
We recently moved into our new apartment, and it is beautiful we truly love it. However, due to my disability and the fact that I use a wheelchair, I’ve had some difficulty with the refrigerator, as it is quite large and hard for me to open. Thankfully, they have promised to replace it, as well as install a ramp in the bathroom to make mobility easier.
The only remaining issue at the moment is the hallway, where there is dog urine all the way causing a very unpleasant smell when leaving the apartment. Furthermore, given that I suffer from allergies and respiratory issues, I find it absolutely unbearable whenever I step out We have already informed management, and they told us it will be cleaned soon thankfully which we appreciate.
I just hope there can be more monitoring or awareness for pet owners to be more responsible, so we can all enjoy a clean and comfortable environment. Update: Since posting this review, management has addressed several of our concerns, which we truly appreciate. The refrigerator issue has been resolved, and the hallway odor has been taken care of. The bathroom accessibility ramp is still pending, and we may purchase a small metal ramp in the meantime for easier mobility. We appreciate the professionalism and support throughout the process.

This place is horrible, I can’t tell you enough to stay away… as a normal human being I would never wish the experience I had on NO ONE, my central AC at the annex broke during the summer and they came in with a little window unit! New management didn’t seem the least of concerned. I’m so glad I broke my lease and moved into tower grove area…. Beware of this place— ! This picture represents my fair well and I didn’t care what the cost to get out was! I sent an email to them— management should be ashamed of themselves! Wowza!
