Once grand high-rise hotels—The Westmoreland, Congress, and Senate—alongside the sleek modern tower, The Annex, have been thoughtfully reimagined to form The Era Collective. Formerly known as 275 on the Park Apartments, this iconic collection of four buildings has been rebranded and redesigned to reflect a new era of refined living in St. Louis.
Located in the heart of the Central West End—St. Louis’ most dynamic neighborhood—you’ll be steps from vibrant sidewalk cafés, eclectic boutiques, and a thriving nightlife scene. Right across the street lies Forest Park, one of the nation’s premier urban parks spanning 1,300 acres, and just minutes away are cultural landmarks like the St. Louis Art Museum, The Muny, the Zoo, BJC Hospital, and Washington University.

Terrible experience. Scheduled and came here to tour a 1 bed room and was only told no rooms are available to tour. The leasing agent offered to show a video which I could’ve done at home. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible experience. At the end of the tour of a different building that I had requested to see, I was told there were 2 bed rooms available in the building I was interested in and had the same setup as 1 bed rooms but time was up. Can’t show anymore. What a joke.
Update: completely incorrect. Had to call the leasing agent that showed me the unit just now to verify and correct the lie. We only toured a studio in the Annex building and that was it. To say we toured “several” units is an outrageous lie. Also, offering a tour of 2 bed is another lie. The agent said she didn’t have time to show me the unit. The agent said she spoke to the management about this experience and she didn’t write the response. Therefore, someone from the management must’ve written the response. I can’t say I trust anyone from this company. If this is how you interact with a potential tenant. I can only imagine the experience you’d have actually living there. No thanks.

We have been living here since new management has taken over and so i am extremely impressed. The ladies up front have formed a relationship with us and everyday ask us how we are and also give our dog treats. They make it a point to show love. The maintenance guys fixed our AC within 3 days of us making a complaint. They came on the first day to tell us they were going to get to fix and made that a priority. All the reviews here are from before and these people definitely have made it a point to be better. I never give reviews but since they haven’t gotten much I want to make it a point, the reviews would be a lot higher if more residents would post more reviews. Gonna live here another year and see where life takes me but just wanted to give a shoutout to some great workers who deserve more than 3 stars.

I live at the Westmoreland through Era Collective, and while the maintenance staff is always very friendly when passing by or interacting in person, I am honestly extremely frustrated with how maintenance requests and resident concerns are actually handled overall.
Months ago, I had a water leak in my apartment that caused visible damage to my wall. Maintenance came out, acknowledged the issue, and told me the wall would be repaired. It has now been MONTHS, and nothing has been fixed. The wall is still damaged, and at this point it genuinely looks like something may be growing on it from the moisture. It is concerning, unsanitary, and disappointing that a maintenance issue involving water damage has gone unresolved for this long with little to no communication or follow-up.
One of the biggest ongoing frustrations is the lack of accessibility and communication from the front office. Calling the office rarely results in anyone answering, and even stopping by in person often does not lead to any actual resolution. It feels extremely difficult to get updates, accountability, or clear answers regarding resident concerns.
I am also incredibly frustrated with how the valet trash charges have been handled. Since moving in on August 15th, I have emailed EVERY single month explaining that I was never provided a valet trash can. Despite repeatedly bringing this to management’s attention, I continue being charged monthly for valet trash services that I literally cannot use because I was never given the necessary trash can. At this point, I have paid approximately $225 for a service I have never been able to access, and nothing has been corrected despite multiple attempts to resolve it.
Overall, the friendliness of the maintenance staff in passing does not make up for the lack of follow-through, unresolved maintenance concerns, ongoing billing issues, and difficulty communicating with management. Residents should not have to repeatedly chase down answers for months over issues involving water damage and incorrect charges. The lack of accountability and urgency has made this experience extremely disappointing.
