Once grand high-rise hotels—The Westmoreland, Congress, and Senate—alongside the sleek modern tower, The Annex, have been thoughtfully reimagined to form The Era Collective. Formerly known as 275 on the Park Apartments, this iconic collection of four buildings has been rebranded and redesigned to reflect a new era of refined living in St. Louis.
Located in the heart of the Central West End—St. Louis’ most dynamic neighborhood—you’ll be steps from vibrant sidewalk cafés, eclectic boutiques, and a thriving nightlife scene. Right across the street lies Forest Park, one of the nation’s premier urban parks spanning 1,300 acres, and just minutes away are cultural landmarks like the St. Louis Art Museum, The Muny, the Zoo, BJC Hospital, and Washington University.
Exceptional customer support, Kayla is amazing! Beautiful main building with wonderful gym and amenities. Views of Forest Park, walking and running trails.

I just moved in the annex building and so far I am not impressed. I had to change units a few days before move in due to lack of A/C in the original unit. (Which was not an issue for me) I was told my unit would be professionally cleaned and inspected prior to my move in date. When I arrived, the unit was very obviously not cleaned, there was broken glass all over my balcony, and my toilet stopped working after just a few uses. I talked to the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do. When I should have been moving furniture and settling into my new home, I instead had to spend an entire day cleaning the apartment that should have already been ready for me. I filled an entire garbage bag full of dirty cleaning pads and paper towels. In the two days that I have been here, I have also had to submit two maintenance tickets, both of which have gone unanswered. The staff is very friendly and I wish this experience had gone much smoother, but I am extremely disappointed. If I could go back, I would have definitely signed a lease elsewhere.

It was the biggest disappointment and a display of the utmost unprofessionalism to know I was driving into the city to sign a lease and pick up keys from 5+ hours away, only to find out upon arrival that the apartment was not ready nor cleaned.
I then returned 10 days later with a truck full of furniture expecting the apartment to have been cleaned at some point in the past 10 days only to find out it was not: a horrendously dirty fridge still with old food in it, grime in the bathtub, and trash left all over the apartment from the previous tenant.
We were so uncomfortable that we had to stay at a hotel for multiple nights, pay for storage for our furniture, and cancel the lease.
To add insult to injury, we reached out multiple times to the emergency maintenance hotline on the night of our arrival to voice our concerns about the unit's inhabitability and didn’t receive any correspondence in return.
*ps. Yes that’s a cockroach in the fridge along with old guacamole cups 🤢

It wasn’t a bad experience. I just wish rent didn’t have to get raised up another hundred dollars well technically 39 for me.
